These workouts are great. I blend them into my weekly routine of weight lifting. I'm seeing great results. One of the best results is that I no longer feel incredible pain every morning when I get out of bed. I also am having much more energy throughout the day as well. It blows my mind that Anna can just keep going through the entire workout and never let up. My goal is to hit that level of beast mode! Keep the videos coming! Big fan!

I don't like workouts that are more than 30 minutes, but I pushed myself to do this one. It was definitely tough, but I'm glad I did it. My legs ,booty and abs feel stronger. Even though I don't have toned muscle, I can last longer and feel stronger 💪

Hello Anna. I just want to tell you that your trainings are really important to me since the pandemic. I feel like in a crossfit class at the gym. I really like when there is no "rest time" and that we focus on one type of muscle during the training but also that we do cardio at the same time. I feel this type of workout is perfect for my body. This got me sweaty. The non stop legs part is killer. And abs are on fire. I know I have improved since last time I did this. I just need to work on squat hold and last v pose hold
You don’t start out doing that long. When I started working out 3 months ago after a lonnnng period of not exercising, I could only do about 10 seconds. Then it built to 20, now I’m about 45 seconds on a good day. Still not to Anna level but just do your best and push as hard as you can each time and we’ll get there!
I saved this workout for today and now I smashed it! I was so looking forward to it and it was sooo good! I feel so powerful now! I will definitely do this workout again ❤️

What I personally love about this workout is that butt exercises go first and I hate doing them so much so it’s actually the hardest part for me and afterwards go my FAVOURITE abc workouts which I adore 😊 so when the hardest part is done I really enjoying all of the abc sets :)) it’s like a reward for me after completing the first tought part 🔥 my muscles are on fire now 🔥 Anna is the best couch here I’m serious !
