      I always do Anna's workout at 40:15, cause I think 50:10 is too little rest for me, u should try that too

    I do this session every Tuesday, today I was extremely low on energy as my period is close, had to take multiple long breaks but I still made it, m so proud, thanks Anna❤❤

      It’s good that you took breaks but I find it better to cycle sync so when I’m on my period I try lower effort workouts and when I’m up to it and around ovulation my most intense workouts. Take caree

    I love that the finisher is low impact, since your legs are tired and if it had been lunges/squats my form would have been bad because my legs were shaking😂

    Help! Legs on fire 🔥🔥🔥! Wow my quads were burning like lava was running through the muscles. That workout was so intense, so challenging, so amazingly good! When you want your quads and glutes popping, than you have to do this workout! 🙌💪 And I promise you won't regret it! Anna, that is a new masterpiece of your talent.     This is my fav leg workout on the entire internet! It works every part I want to hit, plus the booty. So many leg workouts don't have stuff for the inner thighs, this video does it all!

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

      I've been doing anna's monthly calendars for two months now and can confidently say YOU CAN DO IT! It took me probably a whole month to get to a point where I can do some videos without any breaks. Some still get me, for sure, but the progress will happen and it's soooo exciting when you see the growth!

    I did this workout today and I enjoyed it. This includes a good variety of exercises 👌
    Usually time passes slow for me during theleg workouts, but today it was not like that and I didn't feel the passage of time.

    This one took me all the way out. I’m 9 weeks postpartum determined to stay consistent and get fit again. I could barely keep up without weights but I feel so good that I finished! I will definitely add this to my favs

    This workout was killer! High intensity and short breaks. Definitely had to take some longer ones on my own. This is the type of home workout that's going ti give you results!

    also ich muss mal wieder ein Lob aussprechen, das war so gut mal wieder!! am anfang dachte ixh ich komm gar nicht rein dann fühlt man es richtig und am ende stirbt msn nochmal richtug gut :)) sie sind so abwechslungsreich deine Videos und angemessen zum mithalten und sterben gleichzeitig, just love it

    Great Workout! I had to stop by minute 14:53 my pulse wouldn't go down from 109 bpm and spike up right up to 185+ bpm if continued to the next exercise lol . I will persist in doing this workout until I can fully complete it!
