Very important to have proper form. I used to just go up and down with these rdls and I end up with lower back pains. Movement should be pushing back butt like a hinge.

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Sorry to hear this, it is definitely not okay to feel your back after glute focused workout 😔 It may be a problem with technique in exercises, mostly RDLs or Good mornings, but also in other exercises too. Please check your form and try to seek for information about proper technique, there are many yt videos 😊 If it's needed then I recommend to see a personal trainer maybe even for a single session in order to learn how to perform exercises properly 😊 Take care!

try to think of it as a kind of hip hinge like as if youre pushing a door shut with your butt. then keep a neutral spine so when you push your hips back your upper body automatically goes down. i also like to keep a little bend in my knees otherwise my hamstrings hurt after. hope this helps
With the B-stance specifically, you want to focus on the working leg (the leg that has the foot completely on the floor). Your other leg is the supporting one, that helps with maintaining balance. Have the toes of your non-working leg in line with the heel of your working leg. Then keep your spine neutral, keep a slight bent in your knee and push your hips back! hope this helps ❤️

Make sure you brace your core during the movements.
That normally just means you have a weaker core while you are doing this, make sure your spine is straight and your core is tensed that should help.
