This full-body workout combines dumbbell strength training with dynamic stretching to help you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injury. Whether you’re looking to tone your muscles, increase your range of motion, or recover from intense training, this session is for you!
    We are going 40 seconds on and 10 seconds of rest. Be ready for this workout grab your weights, mat and water! Let's Go!
    💪 What You’ll Get in This Workout:
    ✅ Strength Training - Build lean muscle with dumbbell exercises
