From head to toe sweat was pouring, my legs were shaking like they were hit with electricity, but after that 30 minutes of endless pleasure pain, my face lit up and I smiled like I had won the lottery. This is the leg and butt workout I go to whenever life gets busy and I miss a series of leg-days. It totally resets my mind and gets my lower body feeling strong again after a week of inactivity. It’s the best one, in my opinion! So proud of you for reaching 6 million, Anna! You deserve it!
Ever since my back injury I left back squats and switched to this, you're an awesome coach, I've seen a lot of results with your routines and it helps the back.
This workout is one of my absolute favourites which is a huge statement as I have nearly done all your workouts! I would love to see more of these types of workouts (weighted with exercises that really target specific legs/muscles with huge burn) to keep leg day challenging and me barely walking!

I did this yesterday and I am so sore, but it feels great. This workout is intense! I usally work witb heavier dumbbells, 20 to 40lb a per dumbell, with less reps. So I though this would not be too challenging w 10 and 12 lb dumbells. Wrong! All those reps had me on fire less then halfway through!! I'm going to incorporate this into my rotation weekly. I am no good at forward lunges, so I did single leg deadlifts w 15lb dumbbells instead of those.
That was soooo intense !! I couldn’t do it all but I did my best and changed some exercises when I couldn’t. But I felt amazing at the end, so relaxed and peaceful. THANK YOU ANNA ❤❤❤
Hi Anna, I've been working out differently over the past month and I am experiencing some stiffness in my lower back. Nothing wrong with my posture or the weights I was training with. Just soreness I guess. But then I started looking at exercises or stretches to fix that issue and almost all of them include Dead Bugs, Side Plank Raises, Rev Abdomen Curls, Lunges, and a ton of other exercises that you constantly incorporate into your routine. Now I have no other choice but to include your sessions in my routine. You are one good trainer who has done a lot of research and homework for everything you are putting out there. Thank you for all that you do ❤️

ive never been killed by a workout this much ever, i think my weights might have been a bit heavy since i was struggling holding into them. thanks for this im definitely going to be doing more of your workouts from now on, this one im going to do every week till i dont have to stop for brakes xx

this was BRUTAL. INSANE. LOVED EVERY SECOND. I finally finished each exercise w/o quitting. WOW.
My Fitbit says I burned 342 calories in this workout. This was a good challenge where I could still hang in there. Thank you.
