You don’t know how motivated i feel when you put “you are amazing” “well done” “you smashed it” Anna. It feels as though you are right infront of me motivating me. It’s rare to find fitness channels that are able to achieve that.I feel like that is something hard to do over a virtual setting but you definitely made it happen. I'm about 22 and a half minutes into this workout and the amount of times I've said, "This woman is crazy..." LOL I'm dying haha...never have I ever felt my butt and legs be worked out in so many different ways...honestly, thank you, chica, for all of your hard work on all of these.

What helped me made it to the end and survive this Day 2 workout was the thought that it was only 30 minutes. You can stop at any time, but it's worth trying to squeeze the most out of yourself in these 30 minutes. This thought helps you overcome yourself every time. Hot training 🔥Good luck everyone 💪
Week 5 of doing the 7 day level up challenge and today I got to my first 100% workout...with warm up and cool down. That was amazing. I feel accomplished. Thank you for providing a journey for me.... I haven't exercise for a year after being pregnant. Had c section and 12 weeks after I started exercising again...I was shocked how miserable I was. Month later, today, I did my first workout with weights, I wasn't sure if I was ready...i was struggling, but I enjoyed so much to remember how much I loved weight training ❤ I'm still far away from my best form and my goal, but I won't give up..I love your workouts Ana ❤

That was fantastic! Definitely one of your harder ones, simply because 10 seconds in between each exercise gives you no time to change weights (so my 25's had to last me all the way through) and barely any time to catch my breath. Great use of time! Nothing was too complicated, however, for that 10 seconds, so I was able to fall in right away. Well done! Thank you!

Literally dying during the sumo squat pulse and the squat jumps, and seeing you take a quick break, your facial expressions, made me see that you're so real and like us too!! Definitely proud of myself. This time I pushed through the pain and got through most exercises, even the sumo pulses! 😁 I just had to stop 3 times on the last exercise, the squat jumps. I used 20lbs for all except sumo pulses, I went down to 15lbs.
