This was SO HARD BUT SO GREAT! I almost gave up at 60%, because I felt tired and unable to do more, so I took a few minutes break, came back and finished. I was feeling anxious so that’s why I started this in the beginning and it really has helped. Working out is such a great way to unwind. Thank you for this awesome workout❤

I did this one this morning and it is the best leg workout I have ever done. I struggled but I did finish it! I will definitely be incorporating this into my weekly workouts and I look forward to being able to make it through without stopping! I have done a few of your videos now and they are absolutely brilliant. I have pretty bad coordination and I have found other fitness influencers videos to use way too complicated moves and I just end up getting frustrated and stopping. I saw even Anna struggling, and that meant it was really really hard, not for me only... But so, finishing it all, makes me feel so proud of myself ! (and so well too, at least now).
Now I have a new challenge: ending it without much pain!

Hi Anna!! I absolutely loved this workout and I hope that by doing it I will gain strength and confidence.
I am currently on a weight gain journey due to the fact that I had anorexia and even though I am already well recovered my weight dropped a little and I need to catch up and I thought of it as the perfect opportunity to also gain some strength.
Here are my results:
Day1: very hard!!! I tried my best but gave up at 60%
Day2: didn’t do it
Day3: really wasn’t feeling it.. I gave up at around 30%
(I will edit this everyday)
That was one of the hardest workouts that I've done in my life! And I do functional and strength training since 2019, never thought that after all the years I would be surprised with a workout. And I loved it!! Thank you so much! Planning on adding it to my usual workouts! 🥰

wow Ana, I chose this video because it didn't come with weights since I felt a little tired and I was wrong because it started out soft and then I felt that my legs and buttocks couldn't take it anymore. Well, that was a proper spicy leg workout! 🔥 Loved it & the tunes were so on point 🎵 Seems to have been a while since we had bodyweight only leg workout. I followed it with an older 30 min upper body bodyweight workout for the perfect full body session! ❤ x

I had to give up after 5 minutes because my legs were shaking too much, now I have a big headache. I haven't worked out in years so I'm really out of shape. Do you have any advice on what exercises to do in these cases?
My head started spinning like crazy so I had to skip one full exercise and a few were to much for me, but I will work on it! Great workout my legs are burning like hell!

Girl I had to stop halfway through! Mind you I hadn’t worked out in months. I’ve lifting a little weight here && there. This actually targets I mean every muscle of lower body! Thx. Also, I think I might have to do half of it day 1 then finish it the next. My leg almost gave out. That’s how intense.
