@@charlotteweaves As long as you’re working within your body’s limits then you should be ok, just make sure to rest and work at your own pace. I wouldn’t recommend bodybuilding or specifically heavy muscle growth (as you’re still growing), but exercising is fine (look up videos about this).

This was amazingg!!! It was so hard for me, i have a cold and feeling really tired today but i decide to do it anyway, i stopped at 15 minute and made some abs workout for 10 minutes then i continue on this one. At the end my brain wanted to keep continue but my legs were so numb i did some parts without jumping but i did it and my body feels amazing. Thank you for this workout 😍😍😍
The workout is lovely indeed.But I always struggle with all types of lunges and it causes major pain in my knees.Can you suggest any other exercise I can do instead of lunges?
