    Got halfway through this workout and paused, I was going to give up. I sat on my mat and scrolled through the comments and seeing all of you guys getting through it inspired me to keep going.       SAME!! The first time I did this workout I felt the exact same way, one day it took me 2 and a half hours to get through it but I did it! Now I do this workout at 5am 4 days a week and the results are so worth it and I get through it in an hour and a half ! We got this and taking breaks here and there are okay!

    I could complete this whole workout :) So proud of myself, thank you Anna !!!!! For the last 3 month I started with all the 10 to 25 min workouts which helped me to get stronger and stronger and now I am on this point to do this whole 60 min workout.     Thanks for this workout. I hope I will lose some fat before summer. I am doing these HIIT workouts every other day and I think I am eating properly. Ever since I got plan from Next Level Diet I am losing on weight and mostly fat as I can see.

    This is awesome !!!! I did all Anna’s no jumping hiit while during the mandatory quarantine.
    Let me tell you they are as effective and difficult as the regular HIIT workout!!! I was so concerned how I would work out without weights and doing jumps!!!! I was wrong

    I had thought of splitting this into 2 sessions. Happy with myself for having completed it in a single session which is proof enough that it's all in the mind after all. This is seriously a killer full-body workout and only those who are used to working out regularly should attempt in my view.

    This is the perfect workout to do when I like to alternate between high impact or low impact (especially when I work out earlier in the mornings usually and don’t want to wake anyone if they are asleep). Also comes in handy with hotel stays and in apartments too

    I modified the finisher into cardio and that was actually perfect for me, cause my muscles were already tired. Feeling great after this super solid workout!

    Wow, i loved it so much ❤❤. I did the excercises with 10kilos dumbells and it was the best. I lasted doing this 1 hour and a half.

    I really liked that it was not too crazy, so you could really control your breathing but after 50 min I wasn't so much into repeating exercises, still a very very great set!! thank you a lot!!!
