    So often I think at 60% "How much longer?" and then in a blink of an eye I arrive at 90% and know I will make the finisher! Thank you for all the variety! Makes it easier to keep going not to know what is next 😉

    I do this workout twice a week (10-15lbs Weights) and I absolutely love it! My muscle growth is excellent. As a 13 year old, I find it hard to become muscular especially since I’m a girl but with your workouts I have never felt better! Thank you Anna!!

      This can't be a serious comment 😂 I'm 27, moderate gym goer for 4 years and k find this workout challenging. I am using 3kg dumbells which is around 6lbs if I'm correct, but the load on abs and shoulders is really heavy in this video

    Am I the only one who can’t do push ups! I get so frustrated when there are several push-up moves in a workout and always need to modify or do sth else. But since she keeps adding those in and nobody else is complaining clearly it’s me the weakling.

      Hello ☺️ I also have a hard time doing push-ups, but I adapt the movements to my strengths. As long as you feel your muscles working, that’s what matters ❤

      You are not alone, I have to modify this whole workout... however over the weeks I can do more of it, which makes me so happy! Hopefully we will all get to the point where we can do the push-ups!

      I don‘t want to sound negative, but I can’t do a single full push-up too🥲 and I‘ve been working out with weights at home for 2 years🥴 it’s not bad at all, for some it comes more naturally than others and it’s a skill you have to practice a lot, don’t get down about it☺️🏋🏼‍♀️

    I've done this video maybe abouts 3 or 4 times now. I've improved every single time. I can now do the v holds for the entire duration and I can finally do the dumbell push ups. I almost kept up the entire time with Anna. I just slowed down a little during the finisher. Thanks Anna for helping us get stronger every day 💪 🙏 🙌 ❤

    Amazing workout. I was ambitious to start with 9.5kg dumbbells!! Used a combo of 5kg and 3kg as the workout went along! lol. Thanks Anna for continuing to provide us with new workouts. Very much appreciated.

    I have had these for several weeks ruclips.net/user/postUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    One of my favorite upper body workouts. Works all arm muscles, plus abs, plus it's intense enough to keep my heart rate up the entire time! Burned 260 calories! Awesome!❤

    Day 3: Done ✔️ (I reached about 80% with breaks; not disappointed bcz I took 2 days off and couldn’t exercise, so I kind of expected not to be able to finish completely. I’m going to exercise more in the afternoon. I hope I can do better on tomorrow’s workout. ❤️)

    I have no more words to describe Anna's workouts: They are galactic ✭ ✭ ✭ !!! I'm huge fan of upper body and strength workouts, and this workout ticked all the right boxes: a few impact exercises to get the pulse pumping here and there, extension, TUT ... well, all was in here.     I had to stop early some exercises, modify a lot of them, do them slower. Very few I did them on time and good shape. But I didn't quit, I did it all. A part of me wants to call it a failure, but I choose to see the light: even though I didn't want to get out of bed today bc of anxiety, I managed to move for 40 mins. So thank you for the suggestions and the company 🙏🏻❤️

    Today I was supposed to do legs day, but my legs hurt after I did your 24 min TABATA yesterday, so I did arms today. I hope they will be in fire, bc to be honest I did a few breaks it between (sorry).

    Hardest upper body at home workout I've done. Wasn't even able to finish. Challenge accepted for next time
