Great start to a Monday morning and greetings from the UK! Tomorrow is my birthday and I enter my 66th year of life on this planet. I am, for my age pretty fit and trim. This is due to making sure that I make the videos with Anna a habit. So I have now increased the frequency up to 6 videos a week from 5 and take Sunday off. I feel motivated to do the workouts because my grandchildren love playing tennis and football in the garden and I am not sitting on a chair watching. I am playing and enjoying life. So thank you again for lots of different videos, for the wave at the start, for the cheeky smiles you sometimes give us. I don't always enjoy the music but I always enjoy the workouts. I hope to be doing your workouts for many years to come. Thank you

Depends on how I feel but usually I have one rest day a week 🤩

Holy smokes. The 1st 1/3 of this video is intense! I didn't think I would make it to the end ,but thankfully it got less intense but still difficult because she uses the weights for most of the video. My mistake was starting with 20lb dumbells. I should have started with 15s. That ab burner 🔥 is no lie.
Not bad! I really tried to be in the moment and just enjoy the gift and blessing of being able to move my body.
