Just finished this and sweating buckets! (the perks of living in Thailand and working out by 30 degrees I guess😅) I managed to hold the push-up hold for 35 seconds, and damn I am so proud of myself considering 3 months ago I couldn't even last 1 second!! Keep on making us stronger Anna, you are just absolutely brilliant at what you do. 🥰

This workout was truly 🔥. I workout 6 days per week and I use different Workouts from You tube fitness trainers and let me tell you , this one was a struggle for me. I enjoyed it, but it was tough. The 🎶 was great as well.
This is going to be one of my newest favourites, the new variations of the really challenging moves keep me very happy and motivated, like a side plank lift, one leg glute bridge with chest prest. Love it ! now I'm very happy to be able to finish it.. and enjoy a very high post workout. You always make my day! 🔥🔥🔥thank you!

OMG 🔥🔥🔥 it’s 7 degrees in Perth Australia and I’m full sweating! Just because it says no jumping doesn’t mean it’s easier! Absolutely love this workout Anna! I used 2 5kg weights and 1 7kg. Thank you for being the best coach x
To me that was one of IF not The hardest weights work-outs on this channel. I will definitely be doing it again because there are a few new exercises on this workout which are amazing. Shoulders and arms particularly are on fire but so rewarding when you finish. This one is also SUPER Sweaty and I went for 20 & 30 Kg weights depending on the exercise. Awesome stuff as always. This was very good. I used 2x5kg dumbbells and it was challenging. I had to drop the dumbbells a couple of times (especially on the pulses). I didn't get a muscle ache like I get from a heavy gym workout, but I did get a good endurance workout. Will definitely repeat.
From IRAN. Came back of work felt like most of the guys here. But made it done. Cant believe felt it was easy for me but the abs killed. Tried with 4KG thank uuuu

Hey mate, I'm answering here instead of Anna's side. So she didn't really had a plan to incorporate weighted workouts but as the time grew everybody seem to be asking for weighted workouts, so that's the reason. Another that weighted Workouts are must for building lean muscles! So yeah, pretty much that's why there's an increase in dumbbell workouts not only here but in the RUclips itself.
I am addicted to Anna full body strength workouts. Anna, always puts new chanllenging exercises together, so really need to focus and never get bored. And even there is no cardio element in it, you sweat like a snowman in the desert. Anna, I am still mesmerized by your creativity and your talent combined with your beauty and your big heart. At first, I couldn't finish your 10mins workout even without any dumbbells... And then a few months later I was able to use 0.5kg, then 1kg, and now I can finish with 2kg dumbbells. So I am thinking about buying a new 3kg or 5kg one. I used to be weak, but thanks to you, my physical strength improved a lot. Thank you for your wonderful videos!
My 1st time doing this workout at 5am in the morning. I’m sweating like I came out of the shower 🚿 😂 amazing workout. I’m planning to stick with this one for a little while, will update you soon. Dear Anna thx again for this incredible workout. With a pair of 8,5 kg at the age 50 ofc couldnt finish some sessions but it was amazing lots of sweat and 420 cals burnt in 45 mins. Love from Turkey 🤗
Did this after coming home from a terrible cruise vacation. It was certainly difficult, especially the ab Finisher, but it boosted my mood😃. I loved how she changed up some moves.
I switched between 5 kg and 2 kg. For the abs finisher, I used 2 kg 😅 as I was struggling to maintain the correct form. It was super sweaty and full of energy to start my week ❤ Thanks Anna 🤟

That was absolutely amazing 🤩 Loved every minute of it! I did have to pause throughout as I challenged myself with my adjustable weights, used 5s, 10, 15s and 20s. Gonna feel that later 😉

It was challenging, but still achievable. At the end of workout I feel energised and rejuvenated. By the word today I have used lighter weights of 2 kg each. Thank you a lot and what do you think about making new upper body workout without weights, only own body weight resistance with handstands and crow posture? Sincerely Wish you peace and love!
I love your workouts because they are challenging, full length, like if I was at the gym, (when I used to go there). But those are even better!! :) Just finished this one, i had to avoid all the side ones as one of my shoulders is still recovering, is been for ever, but it was great. I use 6 pounds weights

That was absolutely amazing 🤩 Loved every minute of it! I did have to pause throughout as I challenged myself with my adjustable weights, used 5s, 10, 15s and 20s. Gonna feel that later 😉

It was challenging, but still achievable. At the end of workout I feel energised and rejuvenated. By the word today I have used lighter weights of 2 kg each. Thank you a lot and what do you think about making new upper body workout without weights, only own body weight resistance with handstands and crow posture? Sincerely Wish you peace and love!

I love your workouts because they are challenging, full length, like if I was at the gym, (when I used to go there). But those are even better!! :) Just finished this one, i had to avoid all the side ones as one of my shoulders is still recovering, is been for ever, but it was great. I use 6 pounds weights
