    I love that while it’s no repeats, muscles are being hit repetitively with different movements. This provides the overload needed for hypertrophy and I’m grateful!! ❤🎉

    I’m 64 and I’ve noticed I’m not as strong as I used to be. My doctor has advised me to start resistance training. I have watched several of your videos and you make it look easy. Hopefully I will be able to complete one upper body and one lower body workout each week. My goal is strength training on Tuesday and Thursday. Swimming laps on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

      I'm 65 and here to say that if you take it slowly and learn how to listen to your body, you will be "up and running" in no time and giving yourself a tremendous gift.

    I absolutely love your videos and how you help people get healthier. I started doing your videos 6 months ago with carb cycling and I have lost 40 pounds and 12 inches from my waist alone. I admit I was frustrated with you sometimes in the beginning, but In reality I was mad at myself for letting myself get in the situation I was in. Thank you so much for doing what you do everyday.     Perfect workout. Good strength moves with and without dumbells. Only thing I had to change was any spine curving. I have lower bake Thank you.

    Yes, please! More 30-minute workouts with warm-ups and cool-downs. Maybe a different focus for each lesson (upper body, lower body, core, hip openers, all standing, no standing, wrist-free, restorative, etc...) I adore your workouts SO much just the way they are, and I also do love to have a variety of options to choose from depending on my mood, time constraints (or lack thereof) for the day, etc... xoxo

    Love the upper body work outs with abs included. I would suggest adding modifications to do moves standing on one leg or on a BOSU to challenge the balance at the same time. Also add squats or lunges to get some leg work in. Just an idea to take it up a notch for this who think they are ready.
