I’m 64 and I’ve noticed I’m not as strong as I used to be. My doctor has advised me to start resistance training. I have watched several of your videos and you make it look easy. Hopefully I will be able to complete one upper body and one lower body workout each week. My goal is strength training on Tuesday and Thursday. Swimming laps on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
I'm 65 and here to say that if you take it slowly and learn how to listen to your body, you will be "up and running" in no time and giving yourself a tremendous gift.

Yes, please! More 30-minute workouts with warm-ups and cool-downs. Maybe a different focus for each lesson (upper body, lower body, core, hip openers, all standing, no standing, wrist-free, restorative, etc...) I adore your workouts SO much just the way they are, and I also do love to have a variety of options to choose from depending on my mood, time constraints (or lack thereof) for the day, etc... xoxo

I was so sceptical about this, but omg! After 5 days of doing this routine I feel that my arms are so much stronger than before, now I have to work on legs, they are weak ones now 🥰thank you so much, for this amazing workout!
Yes great upper body workout & love the warm up & cool down👍 I sat down for a few of the arm moves except the chop one but concentrated on the core too😊💪
Love the upper body work outs with abs included. I would suggest adding modifications to do moves standing on one leg or on a BOSU to challenge the balance at the same time. Also add squats or lunges to get some leg work in. Just an idea to take it up a notch for this who think they are ready.
