Holy crap! I am a strength training girl but changed it up today. I was very intimidated by the 60 minutes, but... I DID IT! Took a ton of focus, but Anna, you are right! We are capable of doing difficult things! This is one of the many reasons I workout daily- makes the rest of the day seem more manageable! Thank you!

After the half of the vid my body wanted to stop but my mind was literally screaming to finish this, because I´m capable of doing that workout. At this point I have to say: Thank you Anna! It all started with 10min beginner workouts to the point where I´m pushing myself through insane killer workouts!! And something important I learned from you is to support yourself, your body, health and mind. That it is about the balance! Well, after this sweaty session I´m giving myself a well deserved rest...
I wanted a challenge today and man this was it! Did I have to pause a few times? Yes. Did I have to modify it sometimes? My toddler yelled in the struggle parts “You can do it, momma! We can do hard things!” I finished and am soaked but man do I feel amazing! Thank you so much, Anna! I showed up for me so I can show up as the best momma possible. I quit dance a couple months ago after 10 years, and these workouts have made me feel so healthy and happy while I’m not in an active sport currently. I usually do 30 mins/day at 14 but I’ve been slacking this week so I decided a 60 minute would do! I had to take a couple extended breaks getting impatient towards the end, but overall I’m super proud of myself! Thanks for spreading positivity and motivation :)
You made me realize that I CAN do a one hour workout . I was doubtful at first but I did it in the end, thank you anna for inspiring me and pushing my limits. (self love is about being uncomfortable, now I feel so happy)

I couldn’t do it but now I’m so determined hahahaha. I’m gonna do this every day, starting with 15 minutes which is what I’ve managed so far, until I can do this and get to the end 💪

Wow long time back. Needless to say your workouts are incredible. Too sweaty, I drank almost 1 litre of water during workouts. Full intense. The most important key point is that it contains everything abs, upper ,lower, cardio, cool down amazing.🥵🥵❤💪

I was soo afaid because I had a long break due to vacation and illness... Was not sure if I could do it but I managed it and was even able to switch the upper body exercises to cardio related exercises. So proud, happy and sweaty!

😂I forgot that it's 60 min workout. I tired at the middle, but was confused,why😂 that was because I used to workout 30 min versions. But I kept going,because all the way I thought it's 30 min. In the end,when u sad 60 min, I realized, that I did 60 min, and I did it! My best experience of month! Love u ❤😊

This was a very very good full body strength workout and for someone like me who hesitates using weights, I really enjoyed doing it. I love cardio hiit as well, so hope to see more of these hiit cardio 60 min workouts 🙏🏻. You may not rush the exercises like some trainers do on other channels but omg i still felt the burn, probably moreso doing them slower, although this was 50 sec on/10 rest lol 🙏🏻💜

You may not rush the exercises like some trainers do on other channels but omg i still felt the burn, probably moreso doing them slower, although this was 50 sec on/10 rest lol 🙏🏻💜

My body really said stop on this one I literally kept getting cramps through the whole thing😭
On the very end, I was so close to give up! When after burpees Anna said we will be doing jumping lunges, I was certain i will skip this round :D But then i saw on the screen a message from Anna: " Don't give up now" and i decided to do it :D i am so proud now that i did :)
