I'm literally crying right now because I feel so amazing and proud of myself, even though I don't see any changes in my body. But anyway, I can definitely feel them. And that is good enough for me. Oh no, wait, that was wrong. I see changes. My shoulders and shoulder blades are more defined, and (maybe I'm just delusional) I think I can see some arm muscle peeking through. I just wanted to say it again: Thank you Anna!!💜 Without you I would never have taken this yourney. And that could have killed me in a way I don't want to imagine. You were and still are my savior. Thank you. And thank you to everyone who is also here today, who also showed up for themselves, you all are great and the kindest

One more stretch video tomorrow and I completed this challenge. When I started I never thought I would be completing it without extra rest days or anything like that because many workouts where so hard. But I pushed through, took it slow at times and did modify where needed (there is no way I can do that frog thing at this point). I'm so proud of myself and I feel stronger!💪🏻 Now I deserve a good rest and will take it easy the upcoming week(s) so my body can recover properly😊

Day 27 ✅😢❤🎊 OMG, last workout of the 28 Day HIIT IT HARD Challenge and it was a 40 MIN WORKOUT 🔥 This is probably my fav ever full body workout. I love the Pilates style 🥰. I can feel how i improved throughout the past few weeks and i luv it. I'm so glad I've been able to take time every day with all of u and have lots of fun working out. I'm only 13 but i live it sooooooooo much. I don't want it to ever end 🤩✨. Thank you Anna and the whole GROW Team. It's really fun🫶 😊

I know this is irrelevant to the workout but I really appreciate seeing. An all natural fitness influencer with a small chest and small glutes who rocks it and looks hot and beautiful. I have a similar body type but with more fat on me (on my torso) and looking at her and admiring her beauty makes me want to be healthy and stop obsessing over having to have BBL’s and breast augmentation to feel sexy.
