    All day raining, just finished shitty work...mood down. I drag myself in the "excercise room", where even my drying rack was laughing at me. Did 10 mins abs and thought "today is not the day, can't do". Then randomly watching videos I decided to try this one....had to stop a few times but ...I finished! and now I feel wonderful, enjoying my bath and reading the comments.       @@MarthaHuber_regenbogmaus Threoretically yes. But practically the workouts are structured in a way that its from an intensity point of view not so easy to combine them. But I could give it a try and look them up again :) Maybe its more possible than I think.

    At first, I was surfing on the channel for a 12-min or 24-min tabata to do before a lower body workout, but then I saw this latest upload and thought to challenge myself. Challenge is an understatement! I had to pause more than a few times to catch my breath, and I definitely couldn't do most of the exercises for the entire 50-second interval. I tried to do at least 20 to 30 reps each though, and I finished the workout despite all of my pauses! Anyone reading this comment, you got this!

      I am also not alone. I reached the point of crying and collapsing from fatigue. I challenged my weakness and kept motivating myself by saying that I have a strong will, and here I am.I don't need anyone's support but myself There is a beautiful saying, “A winner never quits and a quitter never wins.”

So this summer I’m trying to build more muscle and learn how to do accomplishing movements to strengthen my body for dance.     Last year I began to do cardio workouts. at that time,I felt really exhausted after doing 10,15 minutes workout..now I could do for almost 40 minutes😊 it's all happening because of your motivation through your shorts, videos anna❤

    LITERALLY AMAZING i try to complete HIIT workouts but they just aren’t fun and they’re like so many repeats of some stuff but your videos are amazing and make me feel confident And they’re are no equipment needed which is A LIFESAVER❤❤

    Wow!! Haha I felt conned during this .. feel MEGA after that workout, clicked on a 20 min beginner not sure what happened, ended up half way through this sweating, needing a pee thinking this is tough for a beginner! Had a quick break & finished it!! Yippee!!
    Years of daily yoga practice helped me cultivate & modify a few steps :)

    It was hard but I enjoyed it!!!!Thank you Anna, workouts now are real therapy for me when I am feel stress. I study hard and also I am still recovering from anorexia(38 kg, 170 cm) , gained 25 kg of weight in just half of the year, binge eating and had bulimia. But after working out I always got calm!!! I became stronger and healthier. Most of all, my psychical health improved so much!!!!!❤❤❤ P.S: I hope I wrote everything correctly , my English is not perfect because I am Russian

    Well that was very difficult! at first i thought it was just going to be a simple full body but i got really sweaty!! In fact, to be honest, I had to stop a couple of times to be able to continue normally! but anyway, thank you very much for this new demanding and exercise!!!☺❤

    I liked how you didn't have jumping all the way through. Towards the end though, past 75% I had to switch to no jumping modifications. Thank you!

    I know you probably won't see my comment but could you make a 30 minute work out with no jumping? I live in an apartment so if i jump it would disurb my neighbors under me please and thank you

      Hey there! There are a lot of 30 min no jump workouts. I used to do them because I'm the same situation. Currently I'm working out outside in the park and I can do these 🙏

    Hi Anna i absolutely love your workouts and all your clips. You helped me so much with developing and building myself into a better version ( still in the process! ) a little advice for your future hit workouts, maybe add a little cool down slow walk at the end to help with steadying our breathing! I dont know if you will even see this but wish for the best!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

    Danke für deine tollen und durchdachten Workouts! Das hier war echt hart, aber ich kam so gut wie ohne Pause durch. Wenn ich am Ende der Workouts schwitze und meinen ganzen Körper fühle, dann bin ich immer zufrieden und das war hier absolut der Fall :D Hab ich gerade echt gebraucht! Mach weiter so :)
