I told myself I’d do the first 30 minutes. That passed and I said heck I’ll do 45. I ended up finishing the whole thing. My first try and I am so proud of myself for keeping on going 🥺
Hell yeah, that's awesome! That's my mindset for the 30 minute workouts on here, however I think I might try this hour one now. Keep up the awesome work!
Cat Patt not terrible! I’ve been lightly using a treadmill on and off and doing ab workouts but besides that I’m not in great shape and I managed! It’s pretty fun and a wide mix of moves so it doesn’t feel like overly intense cardio

hi, I'm 12 and and i am overweight. I can't belive that i got through the whole workout! Please make this the most liked comment so other people can see this and get motivated
Hi, I'm 11 and overweight. I kept asking one of my parents to workout with me but they never did so I've been losing weight all on my own and I honestly had no idea how hard all of this was!
Who else is doing this because: -they look 9 months pregnant -doing this at 3 AM -they got on a scale and realized they weighed wayyyy to high for there age 👇
Ya I’m 12 and weigh 200 poundsI have always wanted to be pretty and skinny but I just never had a fast metabolism, I eat healthy and eat really small portions! I am really depressed and so sad about my weight sometimes I try to starve myself but I dont want to have to weigh this much. I wish I was like other girls and I didn’t have to worry about my weight
I do this workout at least once a week! I was diagnosed with breast cancer and since then it’s been a wild ride...6 chemos later and a double mastectomy and now going through some more infusions and meds I have used your video to help me gain control of my body again...thank you 🙏🏻
I don’t know you, but I am sorry about that. My mom was diagnosed with cancer when I was 13 (now I am on my 30’s) and I totally get what you might be going through; especially if you have kids. Keeping that positive attitude is a huge part of the process! It is hard but just remember that anything happens for a reason; involuntarily changes in life are sometimes necessary. And we can understand that only with the time! For now ! Best vibes for you and your family 👏🏻stay strong 💪🏻
In 40 minutes I’ve burned 617 calories 🔥🔥🔥🔥!!!! So I stop in 40 minutes because I started feeling not good. Please everyone stop when your body told you to stop it’s okay!! And don’t forget to stretch or even doing yoga to slowly low your heart beat🙏🏼🙏🏼 Have a great journey everyone ☺️🫶🏻🫶🏻
Rajeswari Chaki basically just cut out all the bad food, breakfast is two Weetabix with 2 tea spoon of sugar and lunch I will have strawberry’s and banana if I’m hungry sometimes I do not eat lunch, and dinner is fish, sweet potato (don’t like normal potato) and salad and vegetables and a yogurt.
I just did this. I’m a recovering alcoholic and I’m on day 5 of my sobriety and working out intensely to these videos are helping me change. Thank you so much for keeping me healthy and helping me believe in myself that I can do anything!
I DID IT!! Burned 574 active calories doing the modified version, took me 1 hour 20mins (because extra rest time 🌚). I’m so excited!! I have had this video saved and tried pushing through for almost 2 years without ever completing. So proud of myself 💃🏽 If you were looking for a sign to try it, this is your sign ✨
@@ramose87 I believe everyone’s active level is different? I’ll say for a start focus on actually getting through the exercise without focusing on the calories cus then you’re building your stability and resistance imo
DAY 1: ✅ DAY 2: ✅ DAY 3: ✅ DAY 4 & 5: ❌ (decided not to do it for the weekend as a reward but not rlly a good idea. it made me forget abt working out and being healthy) DAY 6: ✅ DAY 7: ✅ It felt slightly easier to do so that’s nice progress DAY 8: ✅ DAY 9: ✅ DAY 10: ✅ Sorry I’ve decided to discontinue this workout video because I’m switching to T25 by Shaun T. I enjoy T25 more. I didn’t do this workout long enough to see any actual weight or body changes but I did feel myself getting a little bit fitter inside so that was good. I’m sure it works, it’s just not for me because 1 hour doesn’t sit comfortably in my schedule so it made me discouraged to do it. To whoever is reading this, good luck with whatever fitness goal you have. I’ve been doing a lot of different workouts and diets and the key is to just know that it’s okay to bounce around with workouts and diets without feeling like you failed because remember that you’re just finding something you like so that’s it’s sustainable
Being a guy, I felt a bit out of place participating in this video at home. I've realised how ignorant I've been when it comes to appreciating these types of aerobic workouts. The Women in this video show great strength, both inner and outer. I could only manage 33 mins. Thoroughly humbled! I've learnt that these workouts are properly holistic, nurturing and growing the body, mind and soul. Love from the UK. Peace.
Haha same, I went till 33mins and almost puked out of frustration. These ladies are killers. Definitely going to come back tomorrow and finish the whole video lol
I've been doing this video almost every day for the past three months and its completely changed my body! Toned arms, toned stomach, toned butt, toned legs! Love it!
Just wanted to say I have been doing this workout since February. I have lost 25Ibs. I do this video M-F plus fluctuate with her other video ab blast of 45minutes when I want to do work on the stomach. I couldn’t of done this without your videos. Thank you! Still losing more weight!
To everyone scared about doing it. Just do it! There were times when I wanted to stop but so finished through! Once you finish the entire workout you’ll feel great! Don’t forget you don’t have to follow her pace, take your time :)
That’s what kept me going! Go hard or go home. But our bodies might be slightly different so as long as we finish the video and be proud that’s all that matters!
good luck everyone! I do these exercises every second day and todays workout is going to be my 9th. at the beginning I was 66.7kg, now it is 64kg im not going to stop until I reach 61kg
It'been a year now. When I found this video back on march 2020. I was 220 lbs. Now... A year later... March 2021.... 50 pounds less and feeling greater than ever!!!! 😁I love Jeanette, her workouts are intense and full of energy. Let's gooooo!!!!
after severe depression and 2 suicide attempts in the past month i've gained alot of weight and feel bad about myself so here we are- I am going to try to do this at least 4 times a week hopefully. I will update :) I am 5'9 and 140lbs
I have NEVER been prouder of myself after finishing this workout! I’m 11 years old, i weight 159, and I’m trying my hardest to lose 50 pounds 🥰. Keep your head up and when you feel tired and force yourself to keep working because if you give up, you’ll wish you kept going.
Aww really hope you made your goal, but keep in mind to be eating full meals as your body needs it! (Especially after doing this work out lmao😭) I'm so proud of you toooo
I love this workout so much! I'm a guy that HATES plain cardio more than anything. Always have. This is engaging and broken up into many activities so it keeps your attention. It really makes you sweat and feel energized too.
if you're watching this comment section because you want some motivation to do this workout, you got it girl you're going to have the best body for the summer ❤️ I believe in you ❤️
Best workout video and best fitness trainer! Lost 100 lbs doing Jeanettes workouts plus walking/running and diet. Took a year and a half but so worth it. Thanks Jeanette ❤️
I weight 115 kg which is about 250 lbs and I have finished this workout. Sooooo proud of myself💪💪💪 Just a motivation for you guys! If I can do it, everyone can! No excuses 😁
Yes girl yes! Even if we have those slip ups, don't give up, make it a part of your day whether it's enjoyable or not, your body will start to crave the workout. I admire you!

This workout was saved in my to do list from last 2 years. Finally i did it in 2022! what a great start to new year :) i love this full body workout to burn some serious calories
Her workout (and proper diet) helped me loose my pregnancy weight, about 15kg. Still have 5kg more to go, but this workout helped me tone my body! I've curves in the right places, and smaller thighs!
Francesca Picciallo hi, thanks! It probably took me a good 4-5 months? I’m not as consistent now, but if you’re disciplined and consistent, you will deff see results! Good luck ♥️
I've been avoiding this video because I thought that I would not survive the hour. But I did it at 10 pm in the evening and I have been awake since 4am with period cramps, yet I feel like SUPER WOMAN!
Yay another Jeanette video! I usually do her metabolic video that burns 500 calories. It’s 45 mins of getting drenched in sweat. You WILL get results. Really wanna try this one (it’s actually a little bit slower pace Than the other one). We got this y’all! I’m 54 and refuse to be a victim of all the COVID baking I did 😩😩😩
not me thinking when she said 10 burpees as the finisher that that was gonna be the last exercise with a nice long stretch-session. no, the stretch came AFTER the timer had ended. crying over here
Today is my first day and I was only able to do up to 25 almost 26 minutes. Tomorrow I hope to at least get to 30 minutes UPDATE: I was finally able to do the whole work out!:D I feel so proud of myself:)
Hey Jeanette !! I've been doing your workout since the past 1 week and trust me I am seeing major results!! Although my weighing scale hasn't shown much of a difference yet, but i can feel a definite boost in my metabolism and muscle toning. I am planning to continue it for the entire month. 😜😜!!! Just keep yourself motivated guys...YOU CAN DO IT !!!

I'm stuck in a hotel room in mandatory quarantine and I just wanted to say that Jeanette has been keeping me fit and happy for 2 weeks now! Thank you for your awesome beginner friendly HIIT videos! They're awesome and approachable! Just as I'm thinking about quitting you introduce a fresh new move that is short and simple that I know I can bang out. You're the best!
I've been doing this work out for 2 months already lost 13 pounds keep in mind I am trying to diet nothing to crazy tho just cutting out junk food (I still have my days that I give in) only rest one day and started with 15 min until I got to the hour now I added 2 pounds weight to both my feet and arms and I can feel the burn 🔥 like the first days plus added a 10 min booty work out went from 207 to my current right now 194.2 I will continue to update since now I wanna add 15min at night let's see how it goes I'm so excited 😁
I burnt 700 calories doing this workout, and I even did some of the modified versions because of my knees! This channel is becoming my go to for workouts now instead of the boring old cross trainer and treadmill! Thanks!
Ok so this is my return to this workout. 2 yrs ago I did this workout Mon-Fri & lost over 80 lbs, I ate correctly too and walked abt 4mi a day. But I started losing weight while eating dirty with this workout as well. U just have more energy to finish it without too many stops when u eat right. So after gaining abt 50 lbs during the pandemic here I am back and rest to lose this 50 and more. I can attest that this workout gave me hips and ass and a waistline for the first time in my life. Oh and I did the modified version the whole time. If I would’ve got under 170, I would’ve did the reg version. I started out 277 and went all the way to 193. U can do it!!!
@@julia-nz3bt sorry for the late response, but no it actually made me look more lean than bulky. I gained lean muscle mass and it rounded my butt, took away my love handles and my bra bulge
I've done this workout a good 10 times now and when I say every time, I literally mean every single time I forget the part when she goes "okay, now we're gonna do 10 burpees!" 😭 This is by far my fav popsugar workout! I burn anywhere from 600-700 cals
1 Month Challenge Day 1: I couldn’t finish the workout. Day 2: i did it. It was hard but i can see the way my body shape changes Day 3: it was sweating a lot but ive already lost 0.5 kg. Day 4: it was still hard but im gonna keep going. Day 5: i don’t understand why they are all happy after repeating the cardio workout for 3 times Day 6: it's still a mystery
keep going girl! it’s okay to rest some days but i can update with you if you want! we are all in this together and this was my day 1. I did well but would like to go harder and work harder:)
When I first did this workout months ago I had to take multiple breaks but now I’m able to breeze through it and i loved it! I burned almost 800 calories and I’m 5’9 187 pounds for anyone’s reference!
Starting with 63.3 kg I weigh myself one day after the workout in the next morning! Day 1: 63.1 kg Day 2: 62.8 kg Day 3: 62.7 kg Day 4: 63.3 kg Day 5: 62.8 kg
dont check ur weight everyday, it might demotivate you if u wanna keeep up the check, u can weight after each week for measuring ur progress🌸 keep it up✨ u can do it☺️♥️
*INCREDIBLE!!!* I've been doing Jeanette's 45-min 500-cal-burner lately, and today, finally felt strong enough to give this 60-min one a try... it was amazing 😍 With Jeanette's workouts on Pop Sugar 1-2x a week and jogging 3x a week (along with eating right), I've lost 15 lbs and feel stronger than ever!!! So worth it 🔥
I'd say this one just because it's longer but I recommend changing it up and not doing the same workout over and over :) That has made a big difference for me.
y'all. I started this feb 11th of 2019 and it is now March 21st 2019 and I have lost 12ish pounds so far. Wow. wow. I did this vid or the 45 min w Jeanette everyday 5 times a week and I feel AMAZING. Started at 157 lbs In december 2018, I am currently at 145 lbs! My goal is 140! I am soo close oh my. for reference I'm 5'7"
@@damanchauhan3996 mostly vegetables, made sure to keep lots of protein in each meal, fruit for dessert, cut down on carbs, and used a lot fo plant based/vegan recipes but still added some meat to the meal. chia pudding, smoothie bowls, chickpea soup, and wraps were my friend haha. check out the cookbook First mess its amazing
Iv been doing popsugar videos the last 5 to 6 months, 5 days a WK. iv lost 24 lbs. Started at 137 now I'm 114. I feel better about myself. Some of the workouts are challenging but worth it. Keep it up 👍
i only did the first 30 minutes. I'm going do the other 30 minutes tomorrow. Edit: I never actually did it again after the 30 minutes. I find this workout to hard for me. I do others who are the same level as I am. I try this again when I’m fit enough.
30 minutes is a great start Yasmin! then gradually add intensity and duration! :) as long as you know why you are staying active, the rest will come. I too had to start from zero because I stopped exercising for a few months and at the beginning is very hard but then you get momentum and it becomes just what you do and it's easier x
Omg same and i laugh everytime at that same joke "hope u dont have neighbours" cuz i live in the top floor of an apartment with atleast 6 neighbours around and down TT
If I've said it once I've said it 100 times....I need more videos with Jeanette!!! I always feel amazing and strong after her workouts. I get bored easily when working out so I love that she mixes it up but still challenges me!
I managed to do the whole video! I love this workout so much. I didn’t manage to burn 600 calories but I still burned 400 calories, it’s because I am a beginner though. It left me feeling so energised. Other workouts that I would do left me feeling depressed because it felt like I did nothing and burned nothing which left me feeling unworthy of food -I’ve fixed that now. This made me feel so much happier and -it me in a much better mood! Thank you!
After 3 years of working out at the gym, this is the first time I've bought a mat and excercise at home. Did this workout for 4 times in the last 5 days and I can say this is the hardest workout I've ever done in my life and my lower back hurts. If you're a beginner and get through half of it, congratulations!!! This has also made me to decide to buy a calorie counter watch, I want to see the calories burrrrnnnnn!!!!!
Katarina yeah that’s true.. I ended up looking at my total and it was 400 which I’m not mad about.. but definitely not 600 for everyone she should put an average range like 300-700 calories in 60 minutes
I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate how complete this video is! It has stretching, warm-up, cooldown, balance training, AMAZING CARDIO strength training and it also works every part of your body. It has the perfect amount of time and work for anyone who wants to lose weight. It's one of the best videos I've found when it comes to effectiveness! Jeanette really is a super smart professional. Thank you for this amazing accessible content! FOR REAL.
I have been doing this for 3 weeks and i lost 5 pounds, this circuits of workouts has been totally changed my motivation for having a routine workout I dont know how to thank you coach ♥️♥️♥️
Jeanette Jenkins is such an amazing trainer. She lightens up the environment and also keeps pushing people to do more. Love her and her workout sessions!
So as someone who is 204 pounds I’m going to be doing this everyday! I’ll update y’all with my weight every Monday!!! Edit: okay so far I’ve gone down around 2 ish pounds :-) Edit: okay I’ve been awful at updating, the last week I’ve taken off but so far it’s been amazing! It was really hard in the beginning like I’m telling you I wanted to give up but I pushed threw, I’m at 200/198 now so it has definitely been helping especially strengthen my muscles 💪 I can now do 5-10 push ups and at the beginning I could do 0! It’s definitely worth it if you have no motivation! They keep you on your feet and wanting to continue ❤️
Bruh you're setting yourself up for failure. You're not gonna do this everyday. It's not sustainable. Do something you can do long-term. Make anoblic foods on yt and learn about CICO.
When I set out to do this workout, although my goal was weight loss, I had a bigger goal to get strong enough to crush this workout without pausing. And today ladies and gentlemen, in less than four months I’ve gone from a size 16-18 to a size 10-12 but my biggest win TODAY is finishing this workout without pausing and with the correct form 🥺😭💪🏾 I wanted something to push me because coming from my previous relationship with fitness I wanted a break from the gym and this workout was perfect to really whoop my butt. Just encouraging anyone out there, keep going 🙂 you will get stronger 💪🏾
Congratulations for your weight loss! I recently lost a lot of weight as well went from a 14- 16 to a 7- 8 was a lot of working out and walking and cardio during the pandemic!!
Congratulations you’ve probably done longer then I would do I’m just reading the comments and checking out the workout video beforehand lol but for you doing 40 minutes and you’re not into sports amazing
after 6 months of having my baby,.. I am back to working out. I came across this video, I love the energy it gives you after completing the 1 hour, gets you motivated to start your day off. Hopefully i can go back to my original weight 120. Currently I am 140, baby made me gain 20 pounds but it is all worth it.
I want to challenge myself to do this everyday for 2 weeks! I'll keep you updated, like for motivation!! Start: 27/4 - 54,0kg / 119lbs (It was difficult, paused 3 times for 2 minutes) 28/4 - 54,0kg / 119lbs (Bit sore from yesterday bit I completed the workout) 29/4 - 54,0kg / 119lbs (I already feel stronger! Knew all the moves :)) 30/4 - 53,9kg / 118lbs
Went from actively hating this video to loving it and now I do it every day! I took so many breaks the first few times I did this video but its such a great feeling to just keep persisting, and see how strong this exercise routine has made me now. I have muscles I didn't even know I had and oh my goodness, the amount of muscle in my butt is incredible! And my arms!
I was scrolling through the comments like a lot of you must be doing having no motivation to do this workout most comments weren’t making me want to do it but guys please do it today was the first day me doing it and i feel so good about my self and what my top tip to all of you is dont give up and if you feel like you can’t do it you can! PLEASE DONT UNDERESTIMATE YOUR SELF!! Ill come back with my results in a week if anyone reminds me

Sorry I’ve decided to discontinue this workout video because I’m switching to T25 by Shaun T.
I’ve been doing a lot of different workouts and diets and the key is to just know that it’s okay to bounce around with workouts and diets without feeling like you failed because remember that you’re just finding something you like so that’s it’s sustainable
good luck to you! I'm 5'2 as well

Peace.
i'm wondering if aerobics and callanthetics are actually harder for guys; whats the big deal about burpees?
Boy same. 33 minutes in and I couldn’t anymore. It was my first day 😅

Did you go to a gym while you were doing this work out?
@@sydneywebbe7737 nope only this workout

So as someone who is 204 pounds I’m going to be doing this everyday! I’ll update y’all with my weight every Monday!!!
Edit: okay so far I’ve gone down around 2 ish pounds :-)
Edit: okay I’ve been awful at updating, the last week I’ve taken off but so far it’s been amazing! They keep you on your feet and wanting to continue ❤️
hows it going
Bruh you're setting yourself up for failure. You're not gonna do this everyday. It's not sustainable. Do something you can do long-term. Make anoblic foods on yt and learn about CICO.

@@BogzKenny I mean, thanks for the advice but any exercise is better than none? And so far I’ve been pretty good about doing it :-))
I did this today but my family was like why is the ground shaking for an hour I was like uhhh 🙄 😬
Sameeee this is why I workout outside now lmaoo
I burned 576 in my first attempt and 593 the second time I did this. A very good workout, if you push yourself you can definitely burn 600 calories.
🎉
I did this whole workout it was easy the only thing is I just died.
When I set out to do this workout, although my goal was weight loss, I had a bigger goal to get strong enough to crush this workout without pausing. And today ladies and gentlemen, in less than four months I’ve gone from a size 16-18 to a size 10-12 but my biggest win TODAY is finishing this workout without pausing and with the correct form 🥺😭💪🏾
I wanted something to push me because coming from my previous relationship with fitness I wanted a break from the gym and this workout was perfect to really whoop my butt. Just encouraging anyone out there, keep going 🙂 you will get stronger 💪🏾
Thank you a lot for your message!
Congratulations for your weight loss! I recently lost a lot of weight as well went from a 14- 16 to a 7- 8 was a lot of working out and walking and cardio during the pandemic!!
How much time it take to get size 10-12 from 16-18
I'm not into sports but I tried this and I could do about 40 minutes and I'm super proud likeeeeeee I made breaks but I did it
Yessssss!!! Go Johanna!!!
Good job u got this!!
same! 40 mins with a couple breaks and then i died!
Congratulations you’ve probably done longer then I would do I’m just reading the comments and checking out the workout video beforehand lol but for you doing 40 minutes and you’re not into sports amazing
healthy and simple recipes in 1-2 minutes are available here.
after 6 months of having my baby,..
Start: 27/4 - 54,0kg / 119lbs (It was difficult, paused 3 times for 2 minutes)
28/4 - 54,0kg / 119lbs (Bit sore from yesterday bit I completed the workout)
29/4 - 54,0kg / 119lbs (I already feel stronger! Knew all the moves :))
30/4 - 53,9kg / 118lbs
Morgane VDCP we need more updates!💪🏽💪🏽
Don’t go to scale everyday. It’s not healthy. I hope you see my comment and change this. I still wish you the best luck tho
Omg...did this yeaterday..woke up sooooo sore in every part of my body! Ladies keep up the killer videos! Down 55lbs since January 2019!
Keep going sis! Proud of you!!!❤❤❤
For this exercise you must have fats and carbs in last meal
You need to stretch you wont be sore
