    I burned 550 calories during the workout, but to be honest, I didn't work out as intensively by the end, I wasn't breathing enough.Very effective workout, I recommend it.🔥🔥🔥🇰🇿

    After doing all the standing workouts I finally had the courage to try this full body one...I must say I still need exercises with my core and burpee is still a challenge for me. I believe I can get there one day!

    I loved this routine, really varied and kept me focused for the full hour. Am 62 so the reverse burpee unfortunately had to be substituted with a traditional burpee but the rest was a good workout

    I set my workout mode to mixed cardio and completed the entire workout, total calories burnt is 511, even tho it’s not close to 800, I felt refreshing and energetic afterwards💦 💦 💦😊
    Please do more 60 minutes full body videos!!!

    Loved this workout! Perfect for an overweight body with a tricky knee..could perform most of the exercises as shown and don't feel like dying at the end of it. What an awesome way to start the day 👏. Thank you from India!

    This will be my 2nd time doing a full hour workout with you Eleni and I honestly have never felt more motivated to get through it. Your my ABSOLUTE favorite.     Hi just found your channel, i like this style of workouts, my only criticism would be no warm up section, I tend to be lazy in this department and always choose my workouts with warm up and cool down at the end!!! I look forward to trying your future trainings, take care x

    I loved this workout 😍 and for those who wanna know calories burnt as per my Apple Watch I burned around 487 calories I’m 5’2 feet 52kgs 27 yr old … I workout 6 days a week for min 1 hour ! 😊

    Yeah this is video for me. I am too lazy and feel exhausted while I am working out at home. I always count how many times I replay the short video (long 10-15 minutes), I only do 1-2 times. But tend to this video, I can work out longer. Thank you so much.

    I really enjoyed this workout-the variety of positions makes it interesting! i wonder if there is a way to concentrate the floor portions so that there there are several floor positions then standing for a while, etc. instead of going up, down, up down. It's a little easier to follow that way. Thank you !! 🙂

    Nice workout. I was not able to do all the exercises but still I sweated a lot. Your workouts are great. I’ll suggest that you can first either do all the standing exercises then followed by those mix of stand and floor exercises and then by floor exercises or you can do the reverse (I.e floor exercises, floor and stand exercises and then stand exercises) Sometimes I needed that extra motivation to stand after floor exercises

    I enjoyed trying this as something new. This workout wasn't personally challenging enough for me, and I added some variations to make things tougher. I burned around 600 calories, I'd usually burn 700+ in an hour (Polar Sense 10)

      @@imanemaataoui4804 I'd suggest purchasing a chest strap heart rate monitor. When connected to an app on your phone, it will be able to track your heart rate whilst you work out and approximate the calories burned. I use a Polar H10 chest strap heart rate monitor
