    i've been doing these workouts for about 2 months now, (i do them every morning) and i feel so much more motived and energized! maybe im delulu but i also feel like i am getting pretty fit (visibly) already :)

    Fantastic workout. Since I started ur workouts I’ve been losing the meno-belly 🎉a suggestion if I may. Please in the description let us know if the workout has a warm up and cool down. It’s annoying to start the video and then realize no warm up 🤦🏻‍♀️much love ❤

    I love the 'down dog to climber', I loooooove side Tucks, and also every exercise for the lower abs you put in there. It really works great and is fun to follow with the music and the tempo. Love love love

    Really liked the workout, I get the point of not making breaks between the exercises. For me it is kind of difficult to see what the next one is without the break.

    btw often when i train my abs for 25 to 30 minutes, what other of your abs workout videos do you recommend me to do ? (you have to know that my legs get tired very quickly TT so if you suggest me an intense abs workout without legs that much i will be happy TT)
