I've been doing this workout for 2months and i have to say my core feels stronger and my body looks healthier than before.I also notice that my abs are starting to show up.My body weight was 125lbs when I started but now it's around 115lbs.I don't do intense diet I just learn to live a balanced lifestyle.Thank you Anna for all those videos.🫶

Hello Anna, Thank you for always feeding your RUclips channel with new workouts. You’re truly inspirational 😊. What’s your best tips for women whose goal is to get defined abs? I find it very challenging. I have a low carb diet so I mostly eat lean protein (+ protein powder as collations) and vegetables with a bit of carbs just a boost of energy during the day. I walk 4 hours every weekend. I train abs 20min everyday (all abs - not just crunches of course). I do my HIIT workouts every day too after work and I only eat between 11am to 8pm everyday. Despite doing all of this, I still see no difference in my abs or little to nothing
This kicked my butt! The 2 min plank was by FAR the worst. I tried but it’s still too hard for me after weeks of losing motivation. Eventually I’ll get there though! At least I completed it

PLEASE HELP!‼ In the past few months my lower back has hurt on and off. In the past few weeks it has gotten worse. It's not all the time and sometimes it's more intense then other times. Stretching helps but I want to attack the root of the problem. Does anyone know what could be the cause and what I can do to fix it? I'm only 17 and I don't want to permanently injure my back or cause any other damage. If you have any information that could help, I would be so grateful!! I've been doing Anna's workouts for probably about a year and I absolutely LOVE them! I don't want to have to stop exercising or lowering how long/how much I do them. Anna and her workouts have made me feel more confident about myself. Thank you Anna❤💕
The problem with the back can be due to different reasons, if you train without stretching, or if you catch a cold, you traumatize it ! you need to know the focus of inflammation !!! the main thing is that there were no tears in the lower back ( hernia ) and so the treatment is basically an ointment ( anti-inflammatory ) and give your back a rest ( do not stretch and do not lift heavy things !) and then already start to strengthen your back (hyper-extension on the floor).

Rest your neck on the ground, it doesn't effect the pressure on your abs , trust me the result will be the same, but this works only on some of those exercises not all of them
Wow what a workout. I just push the like button before start.l because I know the workout is awesome. After doing my abs are soaring like he'll. Feeling the crunch. Like most of the moves plank climbers, high plank hold etc. Incredible I will add this in my daily routine.

A brief pause would be much needed between excercises just to see what the next move will be and set up for it properly. (I can't very well look at the screen while straining on the floor...)

Hi, I did this workout for a few days. The numbers on the scale showed improvement eventhough the calorie intake is the same. This is the first time i tried adding strenght training exercise. My weight stucked for about 2 weeks before this. It was a real bummer. Thank you for giving new hopes for me. I enjoy doing this exercise.
Hi lovely, just a friendly reminder that you are not defined by the number on a scale! It is so normal for weight to change over time and even day to day due to hormones etc. You are so beautiful, strong, and worthy. Keep working out to improve your strength and confidence, but don't let anybody (including yourself) tell you that you aren't good enough. Keep growing xx

Hi, I did this workout for a few days. The numbers on the scale showed improvement eventhough the calorie intake is the same. This is the first time i tried adding strenght training exercise.
My weight stucked for about 2 weeks before this. It was a real bummer. Thank you for giving new hopes for me. I enjoy doing this exercise.
Hi lovely, just a friendly reminder that you are not defined by the number on a scale! It is so normal for weight to change over time and even day to day due to hormones etc. You are so beautiful, strong, and worthy. Keep working out to improve your strength and confidence, but don't let anybody (including yourself) tell you that you aren't good enough. Keep growing xx
