@@TamarZaidel what kind of question is that? If you train your muscle it grows, when you burn calories, you can burn fat. The answer is not easy and with only 20 minutes you won't reach any of it, consistency, exercise and good nutrition is the key of healthy and toned body.

Day 1✅: The burn!!! It was really hard but also really fun so I managed to complete it. Day 2 ✅: The timing seemed quick but it was satisfying completing another day. The last bit burned alot. ❤

I love this one😻 i did it few minutes ago at 11 30 at night😅 i am little bit crazy it is too late but i had a big motivation to get stronger, no matter what time it is. I am trying to have a healthy relationship with food and excercising as well because a had an ed. Sometimes its not that easy but i am trying listening to my body and be careful. Sport was like just burner of calories and its bad so i stopped turning on my watches while i work out. I try to change my mind and take working out something for building strenght, be stronger, overcome myself and get off my minds and feel better physicaly and in the most important menatally. Now I happened to twist my ankle and tear my ligaments over the weekend and it's challenging to find motivating workouts. Could you plan something very challenging that could be done on a mat without standing, maybe even with weights or then as a low impact workout still this month? Thanks in advance! :)
