      @growingannanas Just done your previous dumbbell leg day. Awesome, excellent, 💯/ Everything fits, nice moves within 20 minutes. Guys it looks easy her workout but after few minutes we have to pause video, so that she can take rest 😴.

    I'm just here to say that Anna is the best and I'm absolutely so obsessed with her. It's the third week of incorporating her hiit workout and strength & tone workout, i love them and I'm getting stronger each day. BTW i can now do side planks though i be shaking like crazy, but all thanks to Anna. Much love🇿🇦

    Hey Anna! Just wanted to thank you for all workouts you do for us, certainly I will make this one, tomorrow of course,! on the 1 of June is my birthday, and I realise, that the best present I could do for myself is just doing all that workouts with you, because you are the great motivation fo me, as a result I look and feel much better now, at my 43 years old than I was 10 or 20 years ago!!!:) Thank you once again and I wish all our team best health!!!     I just found my favourite workout youtuber. I used to watch Sydney! she is awesome but so intense lol I spent the Half the time being amazed. But this is more my pace...controlled and toned.

    I have enjoyed this workout a lot. I like workouts with light dumbbells as this combination makes me burn calories like cardio and at the same time work on muscle strength. It would be nice to see more workouts like this on full body, legs or abs. Another suggestion, would it be possible to add some workouts with weights into low impact playlist please? I usually combine workouts with no weights and with weights in a week and like using your workout plans.
    I would also like to thank you for all the workouts you do for us. I have done your low impact workouts in summer as it was too hot to jump and I feel myself great. My legs and belly became slimmer and stronger😊 I won't lie, some of the workouts are super challenging as I am not an athletic person but I take it as a challenge and the way to grow. Again, thanks a lot😃

    All I can say is that my 5 pound dumbells felt like 15 !!😳😝 Thanks Anna I finished with my shoulders on fire and I loved it!!💪🔥😅

    Tolles Workout, hatte nur am Ende Angst, dass ich auf den Kopf Falle weil meine Arme so gebrannt haben hihi.

    Oh my goodness. After doing a HIIT workout and then this video, I could only use 5lb weights. But this video does say to use light weights. I feel my shoulders on fire 🔥

    Anna I would love a LOW- impact tabata. I run and do your workouts, so I got a cuadricep ache and I'll try low impact routines next week, so I would love a tabata style!! You are the best ♥️ love from 🇲🇽

    I wanted to do Pamela Reif’s HIIT today but I’m getting over vertigo nausea so probably not the best idea. Doing weights instead! I always focus on lower body so now it looks better but my chest has always been huge so I need to work on upper body a lot more. Maybe I’ll do HIIT 2-3 times a week + doing Emi Wong’s programs.
