I'm just here to say that Anna is the best and I'm absolutely so obsessed with her. It's the third week of incorporating her hiit workout and strength & tone workout, i love them and I'm getting stronger each day. I just found my favourite workout youtuber. I used to watch Sydney! she is awesome but so intense lol I spent the Half the time being amazed. But this is more my pace...controlled and toned.
I just about managed to finish with my 10 lbs weights but next time I won't be so proud and take it down a notch. Fabulous work-out once again. Thank you.
I have enjoyed this workout a lot. I like workouts with light dumbbells as this combination makes me burn calories like cardio and at the same time work on muscle strength. It would be nice to see more workouts like this on full body, legs or abs. Another suggestion, would it be possible to add some workouts with weights into low impact playlist please? I usually combine workouts with no weights and with weights in a week and like using your workout plans. I would also like to thank you for all the workouts you do for us. I have done your low impact workouts in summer as it was too hot to jump and I feel myself great. My legs and belly became slimmer and stronger😊 I won't lie, some of the workouts are super challenging as I am not an athletic person but I take it as a challenge and the way to grow. Again, thanks a lot😃

I wanted to do Pamela Reif’s HIIT today but I’m getting over vertigo nausea so probably not the best idea. Doing weights instead! I always focus on lower body so now it looks better but my chest has always been huge so I need to work on upper body a lot more. Maybe I’ll do HIIT 2-3 times a week + doing Emi Wong’s programs.
New to channel and a long way to go, but hope to follow the June challenge - love the music and countdown timer. Feeling the burn..any advice for a newbie??
