I am a complete begginer in sports and working out, but I started doing pole dance and I need some muscles :D that is why I am here. I had hard time finishing the workout and I only reached 44% so I will probably post here some updates on how I am EVOLVING (hope I will end up as tough pokemon haha)

My 6 yr old daughter exercises along with me & my wife and she really enjoys ur videos. Question: is it safe for her to do all these exercises? She skips the ones which she finds difficult. Does most of the ones involving jumping :-)
hi! I used to do swimming competitively, and we used to have a lot of young swimmers as well (though a tad older than your daughter). I also taught 4-6 year olds swimming, so while I'm not a physiotherapist, here are my experiences. Generally, it should be fine, as long as you don't push her to do exercises she can't handle. So her skipping the hard ones is just fine (actually that's very good), and otherwise I'd say it's actually good for her to get used to exercise at such a young age - it helps when you want to pick it up later. If she wants to do some more "dangerous" exercises, maybe try finding easy versions. Also make sure she doesn't overdo it. For some exercises, I would really recommend you going through the basic techniques once. Not so much that it becomes boring, but just keep a good eye out. For example things like leg raises (not an issue here but in general), many children cannot keep their back on the floor, but it's not like it's hurting them so they will continue. See if your daughter does that, is yes maybe change the exercise. It might be easier to change it for all of you though, otherwise she might feel left out or disappointed. I would recommend the same for most exercises involving the back, and not just back specific exercises but also stuff like sit-ups and similar. That being said, if you're working out with your child I really hope you're not one of the people that skips warmups. Those are very, VERY important to prevent injuries, and while you might feel that it's fine, for a child to get a muscle/tendon/anything long term injury is really bad for mental health as well, and might also prevent them from trying sports later on. Even for just the young swimmers learning how to swim without help, we would first do a (fun but effective) warmup. Last of all, most important is she's having fun. Her memories and experiences now will define much of her future, and building a healthy relation to exercise is important, as she will be more likely to continue later on, with all the proven benefits of exercise (heart health, mental health, less risk of obesity, ...). And a quick warning: Please don't connect exercise with "losing weight" or looking a certain way. Teaching children from a young age that doing sports is mainly for having a good physique can increase the risk of obsessive exercise and eating disorders. Ahhh now I wish I was back in the pool with all the little ones:) Such a shame Corona cut my last year of swimming teacher short :(

I loved it! I have absolutely no upper body strength so I had to take a few breaks in between moves and modify certain moves. I will be doing it every other day, can't wait to see the improvement in my strength.

Day 4! Actually did it with Day 3 and it was so hard that I almost wanted to quit and complete it tomorrow... lol Happy that I still got to finish it without giving up!!! The most challenging part was not the moves, but how to sustain the entire 50 seconds with only 10 seconds in between each move.... :"))))

That was super sweaty, difficult and fun. Just the perfect upper body work-out. I especially loved the negative push-ups right at the beginning. Always forget to mention that the music is always on point in your work-outs and I'm bopping my head in child's pose to a lovely instrumental at the end. Perfect. Thanks
Day 4- Complete ✅* * I have a bad wrist and decided to opt for another 30 minute HIIT workout on her channel to still make it count I was so exhausted & dekotivated this evening to work out but I still showed up to my mat & I am so proud of myself!
