My January challenge is to be able to complete this class at 100%. Currently I'm t 80%, but I don't find it boring a bit. Your voiceover is very comprehensive and guiding me perfectly even when I'm not seeing the screen. Thank you.

This was an amazing routine! I'd love to see more full length videos like this but the short ones are amazing too for busy days! I'm a stay at home Mom and sometimes ill do 2 or 3 of your videos in the morning before my kids wake up :) I'm so thankful for you and your channel. Nicole, I love your practice! I have been doing your workouts for at least 8 months now, and I feel so much stronger and healthier in my back and shoulders. The only exercise that doesn't seem to get easier with time is the side body kneeling plank exercises. I never seem to be able to finish the full set of stay in good form. How can I make this sequence easier to improve with a good form?

i'm going to vent a little bit, so i'm very sorry.
I adore Nicole's videos but holy fuck they hurt, i'm not only talking about muscle pain, but my bones hurt. I don't know if it's because of a eating disorder, years upon years of yo-yo dieting or just using cardio as my main form of exercise for the last 8 years, but i have very little muscle mass, i carry a lot of fat, but i'm also very bony. My bones stick out while i work out. I was recommended pilates to help my PCOS and diabetes, and it's great, it helps a lot, but i really want to not feel pain in my bones while doing it.
Nicole it's a life saver, i adore her videos, she's a amazing instructor, i enjoy working out with her, i'm just a little loss because i don't know what to do anymore, i just want to not only enjoy the workout, but enjoy myself while working out.

I really like this workout and after a month of pilates I am almost able to finish it without taking breaks. But I am still just physically unable to do the leglifting in 22:38 It just won‘t go up after the first few ones lol. I am really suprised by how few people here seem to have a hard time doing that! Welp anyway, thanks for the wonderful workout!

Brilliant workout thankyou. I just don't know why during the side leg lifts my hips kept going backwards instead of staying in position like it appeared in the video :( I just could not for some reason lift my leg sideways without my hips and butt going backwards at the same time. I wonder if this is common and if it is a skeletal or muscular issue?
