i agree omg. im so tired of seeing those because that never actually happens. a lot of people dont have the genetics for an hourglass figure and it just idolises one body type instead of embracing different shapes :)

I feel like there's a lot left to be desired in a lot of modern pilates videos. There's often a lot of cardio mixed in, or its loud pop music playing, and you lose a lot of the mind body connection. This was *exactly* what I was looking for. My pilates instructor stopped teaching after she had her baby, and I've not found anyone I really enjoy- until now! Thank you so much!

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

However, this video taught me that working out is quite the opposite. This routine is a feeling that gives me a peace of mind knowing that I am bettering both my body and mind. I’ve watched a lot of Pilates videos since being stuck at home the past few months, but Nicole’s are hands down the best. I’m not a huge workout fiend, so committing to working out at home is not easy. However, Nicole’s videos are easy to follow and actually give you a good workout in a short amount of time, so I can commit to them nearly every day. Love the pace of the videos and her calming style. Nicole, hope you post more 20-30 min full body workouts in the near future!

I'm going to keep this to motivate myself and maybe others too!
I'm starting this as someone (17F) who tries to go on the treadmill for 30 mins a day but sometimes skips a week or two. If I notice physical changes I'll log them too! I'm doing intuitive eating.
Day 1: Complete- feeling very energised at 9pm i could run a marathon tbh. Feeling hopeful about getting stronger + more flexible. My muscles are buzzing 😭
Day 2: went slowly, felt stronger and my muscles came back (i used to do bodyweight mat exercise religiously for 2 years, 2 years ago and so muscle building may be easier. did this @ 6am (early for me hahah)
Day 3: feeling stronger and my muscles r buzzing again. went by faster! may be because i listened to music @ same time. the flow of movement is better and more controlled- less shakiness espec in abs! excited to see more changes.
Day 4: I skipped yesterday, but I'm being kind to myself counting every day I do do. I enjoyed today's session, feeling energised (at 11pm lol) and stronger! the workout is becoming easier. I think my fat disposition has changed so I look more toned. Most of all I feel better in my body than I did last week, and that is important to me too. I love Pilates as its like a hybrid between intense body workouts and yoga; there's an aspect of mindfulness which is lovely.
Day 5: its becoming repetitive slightly, but its really a sense of honouring my body and my mobility. went by so much faster (bc of the music again). proud of myself. im doing so well. less buzzing muscles??? feeling calm- really looked forward to moving with nicole today, and rewarded myself.
skipped like a whole week and a half bc i was busy and got out of the flow (i have adhd)
day 6: harder than day 5 for obvious reasons but im being kind to myself. feeling energised for the day ahead!

I would be thrilled to see more 30 minute intermediate level videos with NO squats and NO jumping. I currently sub single leg dead lifts for your squats and I don't jump. When we first locked down in April, I had to cancel my gym membership. I was accustomed to doing BodyPump classes 3 X a week. Your videos have saved me. I have done them at least every 3 days since then, mostly outside in my back yard, surrounded by my cat, dog, various birds, fountain, and plants. My gym opened briefly in the summer, but I didn't go back. Thank you so much.

I've really started to enjoy pilates because of your channel. Exercises are challenging at times but everything is so enjoyable because of the flow and the way you explain them. Thank you!

From one dancer to another, your channel is amazing. All your years of training in multiple fields, really shows how pilates workouts should be executed. 10/10

Love these Pilates workouts. I’ve been moving away from wait training to something that is gentle on my body and these are amazing!

I just want to say... I haven't done this workout in about two months I think. I used to find that movement in minute 16:17 almost IMPOSSIBLE to do. Now, after months of practicing almost everyday with you (and exclusively doing your workouts), I actually managed to do it with great form!! Thank you Nicole
