    Dear Nicole, your workouts compare favourably with other "killer" workouts which purpose seems to "torture" yourself and make yourself feel exhausted. Yours, instead, are full of self-love! I've recently read a book which says that happiness is at the boundary betweeen what is manageable and challenging for you, and I find your workouts reflect this balance. Hello from snowy Russia!       So true! I’ve gained so much muscle in my glutes since meeting Nicole, it’s been less than 6 months! I do Nicole videos 2/3 days a week and Elise Joan Barre workouts the other 5. It’s a perfect combination for me!

    I’ve been doing Pilates now for 8 weeks and have been following your videos more than others. In addition to a slight diet change, I’ve lost 12 pounds and have began to see muscle definition and impressive core strength. I’ve learned to be gentle with my body as I can not handle stress the way some other women are able. My cortisol levels skyrocket. This has been a life changer for me.     One of my goals this coming year is to get back into shape. I was in a near fatal car accident last year and my hands were part of my reconstructive surgery. Happy to say that I was able to join you in this workout and it was just what I needed to show myself how far I’ve come. Thanks again for a terrific flow and challenge.     Omg, I loved this one! I got all sweaty & it was challenging but still doable! I'm finally learning to "trust" you because I used to think if it didn't burn like CRAZY it wouldn't be working/toning my body BUT that's not true. Now I understand that I thought that way because I was used to hardcore workouts that are supposed to drain you & leave you completely exhausted and in pain essentially. Your workouts are different. They train the whole body holistically and definitely burn and challenge but are not completely exhausting. Still peaceful & fun and I LOVED that.

      I agree, I can do these workouts pretty much without looking because the instructions are so clear. This was such a great workout. I was sweating! Great stuff.

    I just came home from work, the last thing I thought I needed was to exercise after a long day. Then I remembered how relaxing, yet challenging, your workouts are and I knew there was no reason why I shouldn't try one.     Thank you for sharing with us Nicole! To echo some others in this feed, I find your workouts to be reflective of self love and care while adequately exercising the muscles. It doesn't ever feel self-sabotaging and I really appreciate your mindfulness in the pace and repetitions. I also love that you lead us in a calm and nurturing manner instead of trying to distract us with talk of other topics that I have little to no interest hearing/talking about when I'm engaged in the present workout.     I've always had such a complicated relationship with exercise, and lately, my body has just been so worn out and exhausted. Ever since I've started following your workouts and following your channel, exercise has become something I feel capable of doing, and I've been growing stronger. I always walk away feeling strong, refreshed, and peaceful (with some sore muscles).     I started doing pilates+yoga about 5 months ago and your channel quickly became my favorite. At that point I hadn't worked out in 2 years and I put this one off for a very long time because it sounded scary. However, today I got through it without much issue and I'm just amazed at how much stronger I've gotten thanks to you. I feel stronger now than when I was doing killer workouts and martial arts. Thank you for providing such amazing routines for us and promoting healthy, sustainable exercise.

    Nicole, of all the comments I’ve made about your workout, I never mentioned that you’ve managed to integrate grace and beauty into your routines. The poise, control and lounge music in the background made me happy while sweating it out. Your workout videos has made this hardcore workout girl loving your videos. They’re challenging yet graceful. I love it. What a way to make people love their bodies. While still trying to get my shoulder back to a full 100% from a frozen shoulder, I can easily do these workouts and keep in shape. Thank you! I’m hoping for a longer workout! ❤️

    I’ve been LOVING your workouts for a few months Nicole! I love how you take the time to stretch after most of the moves and before and after the workout. It’s amazing how you explain every move so well, I can totally do each workout from start to finished with my eyes focused on the moves rather than checking the screen to see your position.     I recently found your channel and I LOVE IT! After only about 1 week I am starting to see my body changing! What I love about you and your workouts is that it is very calming and peaceful as we work out. Nobody yelling and pushing. More like encouraging and before you know it my muscles are burning.     Hi Nicole, One day last week, I wasnt able to make my yoga class at the gym and I decided to just look up a class on youtube and found your page.     Thank u so much for your pilates classes, they are my favourites! I am a professional dance student and at the end of a day full of training this helps me a lot to get back to my body and my basics. A typ for every dancer: If you want to get stronger in ballett, contemporary, whatever ... do pilates!

    I keep coming back to this class, it is simply amazing. One of my favourites, especially when I'm up for a challenge. I love the moves you make us do; it's moves I don't usually do (for example those dolphin pushups, or when we're pulling our leg into our chest and lift our other knee at the same time!) so it's an amazing way to challenge my muscles.     Really loving your workouts. The burn is fantastic. Really feel it doing me good. Although I love your settings for your videos, I'm glad you can't see me almost putting a foot through the TV whilst squeezed between the sofa and fireplace with a dog trying to lick my face.

    Thank you for making such an awesome routine, I have done this routine multiple times to strengthen, lengthen and just simply nourish my body! you are an excellent example of what pilates can accomplish, you are an inspiration. My knee isn't slowing me down at all, and I am glad I have kept doing pilates to maintain my strength and help recovery.

    Hi Nicole! I took a break from your channel bc I felt discouraged. I felt like I couldn’t keep up and I kept pushing myself too hard to do more and more and do the things I didn’t like (such as cardio other than your videos) and it made me feel overwhelmed and tired and it was all my doing. I’ve come back bc I found that since my break started I’ve gained 15 lbs and I feel awful. I’m excited to be back and i remember I was the fittest I’ve ever been following along w your videos in a simple way and keeping it not too long and not too short but just perfect. I’m going to start that again and try my best to maintain it. Thank you for bringing me back here.
