YES ! i was doing a more intense program before this, ive gotten better results with these workouts! doing less and feeling WAY more joy while doing them. I would wince at the 30 minute workouts with the other program with Nicole im doing the longer workouts with ease, and enjoy them !!!!
So after six months of doing Pilates with Nicole not only have I got so much stronger, I’ve lost weight and now literally have that little pocket of air between my waist and the flood when laying on my side! At 56 years old that just made my day! Thanks Nicole ❤

I love when you do the classes "live". When you do the instructions separately, and say things like, "I was tired at this point", I'm thinking to myself: "Yeah, right! No ways she was feeling tired". When you were short of breath in this video, it made me feel strong and not like some fat old weakling. It's super-inspiring to have you sweating with us as you do the workouts.
Never has a 45-minute class gone by so quickly! I LOVED this series, such a good combo of exercises. I love how you get creative with your poses without making anything too difficult (in terms of proper alignment). Definitely had to take a few extra breathers throughout the class, so much harder than it looks!
Nicole! You are the very first Master that made my sport REGULAR! without personal coach in gym, just at home, on the mat. Sending you my love and gratefulness for that!
Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
When you said you were out of breathe i was like “me too bestie 😵💫” but i LOVED every second of it! It felt so rewarding even when the pain was real. Please share with us more workouts with this format and thank you again for this lovely class!

I loved this class. Those slow and controlled moves with the band really burn. It’s so effective when you move slow. I find a lot of instructors move too fast and you just use momentum at that pace. Thank you for another great workout.

Both recommended my only pilates and walking and due to financial matters and time, I decided to take the risk and search for videos on youtube (because I was gaining a lot of fat and weight only by walking ): and felt very very weak) and I found you, and people need to know that you make the same postural corrections as my physiotherapist and that's amazing, also, my strength and mobility have improved a lot since I make your routines. I practiced yoga over 10 years, but last year I ended up with two frozen shoulders one after another and couldn't really do a full vinyasa practice or side arm planks anymore. That's when I found my way to your channel. Your classes are super challenging just enough so that I feel the burn and almost when my body wants to give up, you move into a new series. Soooo good! Went by so quickly. I did this with weights instead of a band as I wanted to use it on my legs to really burn out my glutes. I also didn't hear you say switch legs in the lunge series so I did the whole thing on one leg! Had to go back and re-do for the other side but woooow the burn was so real. Love your work, thank you so much!

So it was really difficult for me to work out today. I felt very week from the heat. Decided to start the first pilates video that showed up on my page even tough it was long. I did this video for the first time yesterday, I try to add bands or weights every 2 or 3 days to my workouts but this one with bands was amazing/crazy I've never had felt my butt worked so hard or the crunches with the bands on our feet wooow , thank you Nicole, coming across your channel almost a year ago changed my life and my body, I've never been so flexible I mean I still can't strech the way you do but I'm getting there , the fact I can handle moderate workouts and don't rest in between is always an accomplishment ❤❤❤❤

Nicole has become my go to for daily exercise. I love pilates and she does it at the correct pace and gives great instruction.

So it was really difficult for me to work out today. I felt very week from the heat. Decided to start the first pilates video that showed up on my page even tough it was long. It took me an hour with all of the stuff going around and being distracted by my phone. Finally did it and I feel good! Thanks

I did this video for the first time yesterday, I try to add bands or weights every 2 or 3 days to my workouts but this one with bands was amazing/crazy I've never had felt my butt worked so hard or the crunches with the bands on our feet wooow , thank you Nicole, coming across your channel almost a year ago changed my life and my body, I've never been so flexible I mean I still can't strech the way you do but I'm getting there , the fact I can handle moderate workouts and don't rest in between is always an accomplishment ❤❤❤❤

I was wondering if you could also post classes more focused on shoulders, I have joint problems in my shoulders, had surgery in my left one and have had a capsulitis in my right one for the past 2 years.
