    I never knew the power humor could have to help push through, every time I hear “just a few more and by a few I mean eight” I crack up and the pain vanishes, same for “eight more!” the laughter in your voice is more effective than any drill sergeant could ever be.     Have fun with this Full Body Pilates Workout with weights! I'm using a set of 1kg weights for your reference.😊 If you don't have weights don't worry, you will still be able to enjoy the workout. You could also use 2 water bottles or anything else around the house to act as weights! ❤

      @@r.clair.lune92 I'd recommend no heavier than 2 or 3kg just to make sure you can maintain good technique. In saying that, if you are super strong, give it a try! If your technique suffers then just drop the weights. ❤️

    I finished my 9 workouts of week one today! I LOVED every single workout and am happy to report that I didn't miss one day working out (which was a huge challenge as I hadn't worked out in months!). Just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for your videos AND for your weekly programs which saves me HOURS looking for the next workout to do.
    In only 9 short workouts, I have lost a lot of belly fat and my abs are showing which is so beautiful to look at and so gratifying. Also I feel my core so much stronger and I can feel the muscles in my legs when I walk. What a nice feeling!
    I absolutely enjoyed working out with you and am eager to start week 2 tomorrow! Your soft sweet encouraging voice has the power to lift people's spirits ❤️

    Seriously much needed class today with Melbourne’s case numbers. It would be so easy to give into despair and stay on the couch all day instead of moving through the stress cycle with a good workout.

    What a lovely workout. Thank you for all you do Nicole. Making Pilates & yoga accessible for all; especially this momma of twins who doesn’t have time or funds to go to a studio for class. One of my 3 year olds was mimicking my movements today during class. He spent the entire 40 minutes “working out” with me. Brings joy to my heart to see him enjoy moving like I do. ❤️

    Nicole, your classes are my go to for Pilates. I can honestly say they’ve been life-changing. Your calm guidance, chill music and can-do encouragement is incredible. My body is longer and leaner at 55 than it’s been since I was a teenager. And thanks for the reminder to “breathe” in this session on the end of the leg lifts. I may not have remained conscious otherwise.

    I've only been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now and I am loving it. I am an avid runner and biker. On track to run 1000 miles next year and bike 3000 miles. After just two weeks with your workouts I am already measurably faster on my bike and running, plus I feel stronger in my core and back and I can already tell that my upper back is taking less of a beating on the mountain bike.

    Thank you, I loved this full body workout with weights. The addition of the weights meant I could do this instead of just a traditional upper body workout. Much more productive 40 minutes.

    It was hard to believe that this workout was actually 40 minutes. Even though there were some pretty challenging exercises the time just flew by. I love the variety in each of Nicole's workouts. Each one is both enjoyable and challenging. I'm so grateful to Nicole for her wonderful workouts.

    Love this workout. My son has made me a Bluetooth solar powered speaker for his Design Technology GCSE project so I can use it in the garden or indeed anywhere. It's fantastic. So proud of him. Just used it for first time in the garden with this workout.

    Dear Nicole, thank you so much for you videos. It's my first intermediate with you and it feels so great. Before your videos, i didn't care much for long videos (except for zumba offline). But with your videos, I've started to love long videos, I'm trying to do at least 30 min videos and more and it feels so great. It does not feel like 40 min, feels like 20 min top :)

      @@sassysandie2865 that’s great! I’ve heard weight training is a very effective way. I can’t do so much cardio and weight because I’ve got knee problems. But Pilates is gentle and also gives results

    Hi Nicole💜 I am really enjoying your pilates workouts. I like the way you instruct throughout the workout. I have been working out with you for about 6 months and you have turned me into a pilates lover. I typically just really love utilizing weights.
    I would love to see more intermediate pilates with weights for that upper body (and to combine my both loves.)

    Thankyou so much Nicole. I've been doing your workouts every day for over a year now. At the age of 53 my usual swim, cycle, walking needed something else and it was you and your pilates. I am amazed at the added strength it has given me and I just feel leaner and fitter all round. No bingo wings here. 😂
