    In 3 weeks im turning 56 and my body never looked or felt better. So happy I started to practice with you 2,5 years ago? Or 3? Don't remember. But at least 3 x a week. And the progress I made, side planks, push ups, or that I can lift my legs finally, not too high though (yet), from the floor, when on my belly. Pilates is the way, and Nicole, you are a Gem. ❤❤❤

    40 minutes that felt so short! What a wonderful way to start my morning. Those planks at the end were hard but fun at the same time although my wrists were protesting a little 😂

    I will repeat myself on this video again, but I am so thankful for Nicole’s Pilates videos. They are so good and they really changed my life. At 53, I had steadily gained 1/2 kg per year these past 12 years and thanks to these workouts along with a healthier diet, I have managed to reverse the process, lost 7 kg so far in the past 12 months and regained flexibility energy and core strenght, so thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰

    Hey Nicole, you probably won’t see this but I just wanted to say thank you so much for these videos! I have OCD and you’re the only workout videos I’ve found so far that have helped my mind to slow down and calm down, I’ve been doing them for the last few weeks and I feel so much happier & active & stronger 💖💖

    I have been doing your exercises now for years as l feel they are challenging but with practice I am eventually able to do as many as you. I enjoy your calm, clear breathing instructions. I strive to be as graceful as you. Your music is lovely and quiet not intrusive. One can concentrate on the movements and flow.I have shared your classes with my daughter and friends. My shoulders and hips are much stronger and I have greater flexibility. Thank you for giving us these classes free!

    Nicole, dear, this is the best exercise I could ever find in RUclips or RuTube and suffered a lot without it while RUclips was slowed down in Russia for three months. No PR and self-praising here, just really good diverse workouts.

    Loved this one! Got about 15 minutes in and was getting a little sweaty and then I got focused and before I knew it, I felt a million times better and class was over. Forever grateful for you Nicole. ❤

    Thank you so much nicole for your videos ❤ they are so wonderful. I have a request: may you do a beginner/moderate pilates class that is longer than 35 mins? I am recovering from a surgery and i am at a place where i am strong enough to do beg/moderate Pilates. i love your beginner videos so much but i feel like they are so brief and i want to do longer/more exercises. and the moderate/intermediate or the longer videos jump up in strength level and im just not able to do those type of exercises yet. i also wonder if there’s others that may benefit from this need as well. Thank you so much again for your videos, your love and sharing of your magic. 🌻✨

    I did this when I got home after 8hrs of being behind the desk and wow was I a bit stiff. But it feels good to open up the hips and chest after work. Love the video as always Nicole!

    Could you make a workout video for people with spinal injuries one day? ❤ Would be great to have a morning workout video to warm up my spine at the start of my day and start to increase mobility in the long-run 🥰 I have my own routine from my doctor but it feels so mundane that it's more like depressing rather than energizing -- your videos give such great energy to my day ❤

    i has begun doing this one a few weeks ago and just around 8 mins thru it, the bell rang and i had to stop it cuz i had to deal with the market delivery. i really understood how important it is to stretch after engaging a tense exercise as i had a tiny pain on my lower-back since then. now as i finished my assignment of completing this, i am hoping to get rid of that tiny pain. i feel great already. thank you so much darling princess Nicole

    This was exactly what I needed. Following a heavy workout routine recently has served me well but this class made me deeply activate the muscles I've been rigorously training. It was intense and I can still feel that it was effective. Also, the leg section audibly released a knot I have had in my hip for weeks. This is certainly a video I will save and return to regularly.

    I loved this class, the pace of the movement was really organic while I still felt my muscles working. I’m pretty sure I’m going to feel a bit sore tomorrow, special shout out to the inner thigh pulses on the side and the last up/down dog with plank combo, love them though 🩵🩵. Thanks for the class 🥰
