You are my first and best pilates/fitness teacher. I started my pilates and yoga journey in my small bedroom following your video 2 years ago when I started a new chapter of my life by moving to another new country in my early 20s. I was overweight and wasn’t happy with my looks. The first time following your videos was incredibly taught but your soft voice and the pace of the videos helped me push through the shaking and exhausting moments. I’m glad that I have you beside me in my transformation journey. I’m now successfully reach the first goal I set ( I lost 13 kg from 69kg to 56kg) after consitently stick with your weekly videos and having a healthier diet. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into these videos and public them for free for people who can’t afford gym memberships and prefer working out at home!❤

I’ve been following Nicole’s videos almost daily for two years now. Each new video keeps getting better (not to say her older videos weren’t gems in themselves)! As always - another great workout! You are a lifesaver! My physiotherapist just asked me what I was doing so he could tell his clients (clavicle subluxation) because I have recovered so quickly and don’t have the typical bone protrusion.

i love you. i started doing these a year ago after a long break from pilates and boy was it hard. i stopped to rest after each exercise. on this one I didn't stop to catch my breath once. so yes, practicing patience and kindness with you, Nicole. it's helping me through such hard times.

wow i needed to take way more breaks than usual, just mentally i haven't been feeling it during my luteal phase, but pushing through felt so good and i really liked the variety! it made it easier to push through my psychological blocks from pmsig and made reaching the end, stretching portion was so worth the effort

Very much needed a tough leg day workout yesterday! I have been stressing out over a couple of life stuff so this helped me calm down and face day ready and limber!
That was a tough one for my 55 year old not so flexible body but I enjoyed it as always and need to repeat this class to get better.
Nicole!!!! that second movement almost took me out. I found myself exiting my full screen and saying "this must be an advanced lesson".... when i saw that it was intermediate I decided to stick it out. I struggled through the second exercise and I'm so happy that I did. This was a really great workout. Thank you.

Wow. Three million. I've been with you for about 4 years now. I try to fo a class every day and really miss it if circumstances mean I have to miss a day. My core strength is amazing.Need to work in my quads a bit more though.
