    Today is a special day for me. My name is Rosa (I am using my husband’s account) and today is my 365th day of practicing yoga. A whole year with no pause of practicing this beautiful discipline. Thanks to this wonderful community and a big and special thank you to Adriene. 🙏🤗

      I love that Rosa ! I know that feeling because I did exactly that too ! On 13th April it will be 5 years since I discovered Adriene and the best thing I ever did.     Hey Blossom friends! I'm here a couple of days early because I've switched this practice and the self-love one from Sunday (I'll have more time on Tuesday and I'm just finding what feels good!). This is a wonderful little practice with some nice hip openers at the end, which I didn't realize I needed today! I did this practice before bed and I really recommend it, even though this is technically a "morning" practice - it's so mellow, which is exactly what the doctor ordered for me on a very lazy Sunday. On the days that you don't feel like doing 50 minutes of yoga, there is always a way to make yoga a beloved part of your day. Never forget it. See you on the mat tomorrow!

    Blessed Beloved Beauties! Breathe Day - 13 is to be adored just like the previous times practiced. It's internally fresh. Ah, perfect toward the end of PMS. Time for a quick meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ before logging into the virtual English tutoring classroom for the youth. I don't expect them to show-up the last day prior to their break, yet I shall see.     This one really forced me to slow down, and I just realised I've been kind of racing from one thing to the next today in order not to think of the situation in the world. But now I'm relaxed, and I have an amazing apple pie in the oven that I just made from scratch. So for the rest of the evening I'll eat that and drink a glass of wine, there are still nice things in our lives even now.

    I'm writing this during the Coronavirus. Life is stressful, both internally and externally. I skipped yesterday, thinking that I was too busy, but by the end of the day I regretted it. This practice was exactly what I needed to get back in touch with myself, where I needed to be. Thank you so much for these videos! They are priceless

    Embody Day 24, a nice slow practice feels nice. I'm feeling proud of myself for sticking with this for so long, been about 26 days of consecutive yoga. I feel my body getting strength and stamina back and it helps me to feel hopeful. Sending love to the world and a peaceful Namaste 💙🙏

    I just wanted to say that you've helped me change my life. Thanks to you and your yoga teachings I've found my inner peace, am learning to love my body and have lost about 55 pounds and am now at my ideal weight and feel great :).       Im not a nutrition expert, but I'll tell you what I did and what worked for me personally: I woke up, drank a glass of warm water and some lemon juice, did my yoga (I did the 30 day challenge a couple of times and I also got a very nice workout from the flow series) and then had breakfast. I don't know what you generally eat, but I eat a lot of oat meal, veggies and fruits. I also eat a lot of soups. My biggest recommendation would be to look at your portion sizes and see what's going on there. The biggest thing I did food-wise was to cut down on sugars (not carbs, but refined sugars). That's mostly all. And I made sure every change was done with care and gradually, slowly. No matter what size you are, please, try to learn to love yourself the way you are NOW. Sure, if that's what you need for your life, work towards loosing your weight, but love ever minute of it and love yourself. I wish you all the best :).

    Breather day 13, December 2022. That was fabulous. Practiced in the middle of the day. Good all over body stretch. So glad I made time for it.

    Embody day 24
    Was very sick yesterday I couldn't kept up with the regular practice, so I took a day free. Was very glad to find this very gentle yoga routine, as my belly is always in suffering. I appreciate the long stretch which gave space to my belly and felt better.
    22 days of yoga there, that's amazing of much it helped me with my chronic fatigue Syndrome, I'm very grateful I began this this month, I'm in slow recovery ❤️

    I forgot to do yoga yesterday ending my streak of everyday yoga in 2021. I honestly cried when I realized it today. But, it's just one day and I'm not going to let that little disappointment keep me from doing what I know to be best for me. Thanks Adriene for always being there for me and helping me deal with my perfectionist tendencies and learn to love myself no matter what!

      I feel your perfectionist pain! Forgetting one day and coming back to it again is like a meditation. If you don't forget for a moment you can't come back... makes so much sense when i type it but i'm a lot harder on myself too!

    I was so tired today...sat with the intro on "pause" for about 15 minutes. And suddenly I jumped up, rolled out my mat, hit "play" and 25 minutes later..I feel great!

    Begin Day 25 🌿 I haven't been feeling in my best of health and wasn't sure I would do this one better than last time (it was challenging last time). Surprisingly, I did it with much more ease. When life is unsettling, a practice per day grounds me.

    Im 63 and a month ago, I badly sprained my ankle and that was followed by Covid. I missed my regular commitment to yoga practice so much and today was my first day getting back on the mat. I’m glad I chose this session as it was absolutely perfect for starting up again and I feel wonderfully encouraged. Thank you Adrienne for your gentle and humble guidance. You are a life saver! Xx❤

    BLOSSOM | February 8, 2022 | 🌸 I love this practice where Adriene takes us along to the park with the birds and the trees (such a treat here in wintery Canada). 2 years ago this was the video where I found something new in sphinx pose which I'll always remember. Appearances made by some other favourites: Twists which always does my insides good and of course supta baddha kanasana. We're on week 2 of Blossom friends! 🧘‍♀🙏

    I love this gentle outdoor practice and how Adriene described her experience of the moment. I had an awkward experience when I tried to practice at a park because people stopped and watch me, as an introvert it's kinda distracting for me but I will try again if the moment allows finding a more serene place to be in touch with nature.

    Blessed Beloved Beauties! Bloom Day - 25 is refreshing. I made it to the mat late evening, and it's a sweet wind down session. Although, I'm going to turn things up several notches to study yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ with my other teacher and conclude with meditation, a late night run 🏃🏿‍♀️, and weights. Ironically, the last two times this practice was completed, I was at the end of PMS. Best wishes, everyone! 🦋♥️🦋

    An old favorite! Doing this one today for Blossom, after completing the MOVE series in January. So very cool to come to this practice now, after 37 days straight of yoga - it feels so different than before! How lovely. Thank you, Adriene.

    BREATHE 🫧 | December 13, 2022 | So lovely to go back to the park with Adriene as it is too cold and snowy here in Canada to do this outside 😊. I love this practice, the gentle pace allowing us to align in each pose and finding a deep breath and a yummy stretch. I feel so calm and serene now! 🙏

    I almost did the other Gentle Morning Yoga (because it's said 21 mins sequence in the calendar and that one was 21 mins instead of 25)- but decided to read comments first to make sure. Glad I did that so I ended up here 😄

    "Allow, Release, and let go" . . . a perfect mantra for today. Towards the end I was remembering some recent lost relationships and by saying that mantra, it was much easier to let be what is. Thank you for another great practice and a life lesson!

    I completely broke down yesterday at school (after a long time actually, I think because yoga kept me from breaking down) and today I realised I hadn't done my yoga for yesterday. School is stressful and balancing your personal life with it is even harder. I thank Adriene for today's video, it helped me settle in. I will release what does not serve me anymore. Namaste💜

    today’s practice done on:
    * 2/9/22: was a little sore today from yesterdays workout so this was much needed, day 8 of blossom
    * 3/29/22: needed this one this morning, day 24 of embody 💚
    * 8/28/22: a gentle practice on a stormy sunday 🙂also im showing up for me because i deserve it. begin day 25 🌱
    * 12/13/22: i am feeling more awake and loved. breathe day 13 🫁
    * 5/25/23: a gentle morning practice to wake up (after coffee of course). bloom day 25 🌸

    Since April 2016 when I discovered you Adriene this senior yogi has done this practice SO many times as I learned to love yoga and enjoy all the amazing benefits you bring and it is perfect for a little chilling after the last two demanding days, just right !     This was the first time doing yoga again after I badly injured my adductor (inner thigh muscle) 2 months ago. After 2 months of not being able to be with Adriene and the community during a really testing time, this practice felt so ridiculously special and joyous. Thank you Adriene

    I love returning to this practice, kind and gentle, soft and easy, no surprises. Awesome Puppy Posture and Sphinx Pose are super stretchy and no fast flows, perfect. But I still get a feeling of a satisfying mindful workout, so good for the mind and body, thanks Adriene 🙏🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️💕

    I truly do Believe that you are an angel walking on the Earth. This is not the first time that your videos has been just... perfect.. Coming home all stressed out from work, taking the kids to activities , grocery shopping. Saw that todays practice was a Gentle one.. " oh not to today, I need to do something with high intensity"...Scrolling through workout videos, the mind telling me:" I should, I have to, I really should .. do a hard wok out, Think of your extra kilos and so on..." And then the heart reminds me.. FWFG, what does the heart say today Isa? Does it say Tabata interwalls? Oh no! it says go out in the garden and do the yoga of the Day. Let the mind and heart get new oxygen, smile, rest, trust. Thank you Adriene for doing this and charing, It menas so much to me and my Friends here ( no, I don't really know anyone but I feel like we are Friends :) Lots of love to you!

    I came back today. I have been stressed and depressed, life has sucked, I have gained a ton of weight and am obese. This morning, I came back to the mat and it felt SO good. I hope I keep it up. I need this.

    I did not go to bed at an acceptable time and did not get many hours of sleep, that's on me. Taking the time to do the Gentle Yoga has been a welcome start to the day. I feel less heavy and dusty. I'm taking this feeling off the mat today. That's my intention.

    This was the first video that made me fall in love with Yoga With Adriene and it’s the one I most often recommend to anyone that’s interested in starting a home practice. A perfect mix of her quirky and soothing personality, fantastic for beginners and experienced yogis alike, and a miraculous blend of relaxing and invigorating. I love coming back to this video and what a treat to have it in this month’s calendar as today I got to enjoy it with about 700 other people at the same time ☺️

    Yes, this is exactly what I've been needing. I'm a student so I'm currently stressed by my workload and doing a lot of sitting. This helped me relax and stretch out my poor body. Thank you! I'll be doing this practice many times over the coming weeks, I'm sure!

    I have done this kind sweet practice soooo many times. It was one I discovered 4 years ago when I found you Adriene. I was hooked and so late in life it was amazing to start yoga.     Back again! I was walking around in Downtown Chicago Loop wearing my "Find What Feels Good" T Shirt. I was told by 3 women and one man, that they liked the t shirt. I guess they know where it came from. A little tightness in the back, but overall a soft and stretchable session! Thanks Tex!

    I found Adriene's yoga a few days ago by accident during Lockdown2020 .. I'm doing morning yoga with her each day and it is making a huge difference to my mood and ability to focus and feel good ... what an amazing gift .. thank you and love ❤️ from the UK.

    Day 36. I paid so much more to my body and to the asanas and how I'm aligning myself in these positions. It's great really to check in with the basics from time to time and still find that there's so much to learn. It also just got me out of my head which is such a blessing for all the anxious thoughts that has been muddling in my brain.
