Hi Adriene! This is my first comment on any RUclips video ever, but I wanted to share that today I’m celebrating 1000 DAYS of yoga with you! ☺️ On March 26th, 2020, I decided to complete your 20-minute bedtime yoga sequence to calm myself down. While all of my commitments, employment, and mental stability fell apart, I convinced myself that if I could accomplish just one thing each day-like getting on the yoga mat-then I would be okay. I’m more than okay now. I’m f***** great. I haven’t missed a day with you since, and I don’t intend on missing any in the future. Thank you for accompanying me every morning and guiding me on this beautiful journey.
One of the hardest things about being a recovering addict is finding a new identity. Quitting substances means leaving behind the only lifestyle you knew. Thank you for helping me find a new lifestyle and being a part of that lifestyle. These practices strengthen my resolve and give me happiness without harmful substances; something that I never thought would be possible

Exhale day 30🎉 I can't believe there is only one more day of March to go, this month has been fun learning to connect my breath with my practice and using it to guide me through, I can't wait for Build. Today's practice was so good, I chose love, as I do for most practices unless it's hard then I chose ease, but today was love, for not only me, but for those who do this practice today and in the future. Thank you, Adriene, for this practice, I loved it, and 22 minutes goes quickly when you are having fun. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
I dont know why I go through phases of avoiding yoga. Literally 20 min and my inner panic calmed down so much. I know when I’m regular I feel so much better but beating myself up totally defeats the purpose. Thank you Adriane, you don’t even know it but you’ve helped me through so much over the years 💕
I do the same! Recently I've been trying to do yoga everyday at the same time to set up a routine so that I can do yoga more regularly and I think so far so good! Maybe try setting a specific time for yourself that you know you'll usually be free at and set some time aside for yoga! Good luck
I can relate so much! I've doing doing yoga with adrienne for 6 years now with pauses from time to time and in those breaks I always feel worst, it's self sabotage... I feel so much better today after this video

You are saving my life. I did 75 min class twice a week for 25 years. I hurt myself pushing too hard. Then Covid. I lost my business. God Bless you for doing this QUALITY class FREE!!! I now babysit my adorable 1 year old grandbaby who is not petite! My strength is coming back, I'm feeling more limber again and alternate your 22 minute with your 35 minute classes and will progress to longer more challenging classes as I improve THANK YOU SO MUCH ADRIENE

I used to feel like I was the Biggest asshole in the world and I did not deserve love from myself or anyone else. Then I was diagnosed with depression. I started talk therapy and medication but something was still missing. I found yoga and discovered that loving and taking care of myself helps me love and take care of the people around me. Thanks Adriene, you opened a new world for me.
I was about to write…what a wonderful way to celebrate a bright Easter Sunday morning…and then I noticed that I said exactly the same thing last year. I am consistent if nothing else. But this practice is bright positive and energising…that has not changed! Love to all xxx
Lissy, I started with Adriene 3 years ago. I've so enjoyed the benefits of a regular yoga routine. Though I don't share the same spiritual understandings as Adriene, I SO lover her and her playful, kind, stress-releasing practice. I wish you well as you get started. :)
I'm very inconsistent with my practice. I somehow get into the mind set that I don't have the time, I don't do it right anyway, it doesn't do anything for my body, etc. etc., excuses and more excuses. But, every single time I come back to yoga, I do it with Adriene. And I have to say, as soon as I step back on the mat, it's like all that negative energy, all those thoughts that keep me from bettering myself...they disappear. Thank you Adriene, for inspiring me, for holding my hand through this journey, and especially for still being there after I've lost myself and found my way back. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I loved the last part, when she asked to imagine bending forward to look into our reflection in butterfly pose. It actually made me feel awesome. I felt calm.
This was fun. I really liked the part when Adriene mentions how important it is to use the right language. All too often especially in competitive sports, instructors use negative talk with the idea that this instills discipline. While it may work for some, it doesn’t work for those of us who are sensitive and prefer a kind and gentle approach. This video was educational and boosting both physically and spiritually.
This is so true... one I use a lot at the start to a busy day is look what I GET to do today... not GOT! Subtle difference completely changes my mindset to get on and enjoy my day.. 🙏

So for me today is day 3 of the Renew calendar and I woke up late. I was starving, so I had breakfast (tamales to be exact). I didn't feel able to go through the 36 minute session with downward facing dogs and vinyasa, and although I felt like cheating all along, I chose this lovely, magnificent, gentle 22 minute session. And when Adriene said, it is in the intention of working towards something, not shying away, suddenly I felt more at ease. I am doing the work and maybe sometimes we are so tough with ourselves and trying to hit all the home runs, when in fact some days you just need to do your best while honoring your tamales for breakfast.
I embrace all of Adriene's yoga practice choices The monthly calendar can always be flexible. She wants us to find what feels good afterall. It sounds as though you did !
Even two years later, I often find myself coming back to this practice that Adriene shared. This was where I started my yoga journey and it is still one of my favorite practices.
This is one of my favorites as well! It's calming, not too difficult but very effective! I always love Adriene's energy too, just listening to her voice and seeing her smile gets me into a better mood.
Exhale day 30 on the books. I’m glad I didn’t swap tomorrow’s short practice of rabbit pose with today’s practice! I had a rough night last night with minimal sleep and felt horrible. This was just what I needed!! Feeling better and my intention to catch a nap later may not be needed. Wondering if anyone else occasionally experiences an uncomfortable vibration that you feel in your chest and abdomen that produces nausea and sleeplessness? I don’t know what causes it but I’ve been in my house many years and it’s only been happening in recent years(around the time they built a recycling plant down the road, tho I don’t know if that is the cause)?? Some people call it “the hum.” 😮

As an Indian, I used to do yoga so frequently during school. We actually had a yoga class as part of our school curriculum. I kind of lost touch with it through college, but Adriene has helped me reconnect with it. She teaches with so much authenticity. Thank you Adriene.

dear adriene, thank you so much for this session. i wasnt doing well in the past months and years and i'm out of a terrible depression. in the past weeks i decided i wanted to be happy and healthy and i am working on it everyday. now i'm doing yoga with your help and i try doing it once or twice a day. today i woke up with a terrible feeling of not being enough, not doing well and a lot of weight on my shoulders. i went for this session with you and when we were looking into the pond right at the tips of our toes i just stated crying and it was such a reliefing feeling. thank you so much. you make every day a better one for me, thank you for being part of my journey. namaste from germany

My roommate and I began doing Yoga with Adriene together everyday at the beginning of our nation's lockdown. Today was our 35th consecutive day of Yoga. We both love Yoga with Adriene and we are so glad she has been able to join us everyday to help us "find what feels good." Yoga time is like having a beloved friend come to visit us! These sessions have quite literally saved me. Since discovering this incredible lady nearly two years ago, I have had to deal with many emotionally, unbelievably hard times. To say it’s been tough is an understatement but my regular yoga sessions, even if only for 5 minutes, have kept me going. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart.
I’ve done this video so many times, but now my downstairs neighbours are on a 6 week holiday for the first time since I’ve lived here and I can finally go crazy at the end!!
What spoke to me in today's practice as "I choose to..." and I realized that I had forgotten that I had a choice in making my day productive/great or not. Thank you, Adrienne, for much more than the yoga practice. And also the yoga practice.
Omg so at the end I started massaging the arches of my feet and adriene made the sobbing face and I didn’t understand why. I kind of was like ‘She’s so sweet’ but then once I started massaging the arches, I seriously don’t know what happened I just felt this tremendous release and couldn’t stop crying and then I’m looking into the pond like “Who am I?” and then I heard in the back of my mind that I’m me, I am here, and I love myself, and I started sobbing and it felt so good. When I read that this yoga session was suppose to make me feel my best, i didn't really believe it. Well... I did it and I was litteraly smiling at the end and feeling way better. Really, this is magic :)

Very soothing practice. A little cooler this Sunday afternoon. I have spent the weekend in, quite nice. And did yesterday's and today's practice without lights on. Today it has been one year since my dad unexpectedly passed. Quite surprised how quickly that year went. I almost feel like it has not been. I know that save for a month plus last year, doing yoga with Adriene has been a blessing. Enjoy! Renew day 4. 182 days in a row.
I hope you feel OK William B. In 2 days it will be a year since my mum died and I can relate to everything you say. Time is elastic - one minute or one year, one breath or one lifetime. I'm learning to treasure each moment and my daily Yoga With Adriene is so important in helping me find peace. I hope you get what you need too.

I checked the views before and after this practice, it went from 3,487,372 to 3,487,473, I just did yoga with over 100 people! How amazing is that? I hope everyone that did it at the same time as me felt this magic the same, and I everyone that's going to do this yoga now or in the future has an amazing time. It took me 40 minutes to complete this because my toddler kept doing stuff YET I STILL FEEL GOOD afterwards!!! Thanks so much for these videos. i especially like this one cause my back and other limbs just be tight and kinda off balanced. i feel so aligned and loose now
Salute day 28🎉 thank you, Adriene for this practice, I love doing this one. Today I chose fun as my word (I always have fun doing yoga, even when it's hard) but I wanted to acknowledge the fun in the practice and I did, it made it way quicker than 22mins. I also found the single leg stretchers easier than usual and I can now reach my ankles with my hands without needing to bend my knees, I just need to slowly work on lowering my head and back to get a nice deep stretch, 🤞🏻one day I will get there. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻

Speaking of feeling my best, I don't know what I'd do without Adriene and the positive, welcoming people in this community. I did yoga in classes for 13 years in different cities. Then I moved to an unforgiving, remote rural area (for my husband) and there's no yoga...no anything! I used to say "I have a yoga class of just ONE," but it's more like ONE MILLION wonderful people practicing together at any given time. Thank you, thank you.

I've had such an unproductive week and I've been feeling really burnt out, but this video made me feel good again! It reminded me of the fact that bad days are okay and I will make the best out of the rest of this week! A favorite that I come back to frequently. I suffer BPPV a few times a year, the vertigo interfering with my ability to follow along with a month long course, although I do try to get in as many of those sessions as I can. This session, with some careful modifications, is one that I can almost always get through. It’s a good length and my body does feel nicely stretched and energized.
This might possibly be my favorite yoga session yet. I'm brand new to yoga, I've only done it for about a month and a half, and so I have a hard time completing most yoga sessions - especially if they're on the long end. But this one was incredible for me! I came to the mat feeling tired, depressed, and unmotivated, and I left feeling much better about life in general, with more energy than I've felt in a while. I didn't even notice the time, I was so into it. I feel amazing right now. Thank you, Adriene, so much, for doing these videos and for being a resource of constant love and support.
Same here (new to yoga, completed January's "Home"). Didn't do yoga the past 4 days because I overdid it on a few poses and hurt my knees. Also had a few migraines, so I need something smooth to ease back into my groove.

Adriene, I'm not sure if you'll see this comment since this is an older video, but I want to thank you so much for all that you do. Today is the last day of 2024 in this part of the world. I started practicing yoga around September, as part of my "homework" with my CBT program, after losing my dad to lung cancer in June. In the past, I felt skeptical about the movement, mainly because of my doubts about this never working for me. Ever since I started practicing to your videos- thanks to the recommendation by a dear friend of mine, I feel so grateful for discovering how amazing this movement truly is. I've since felt so much better mentally and physically. I learned that breathing is so important to human beings because I used to forget to breathe sometimes! I cannot wait to continue with my daily yoga practices in the new year. Thank you so much again ❤

You are saving my life. I did 75 min class twice a week for 25 years. I hurt myself pushing too hard. Then Covid. I lost my business. God Bless you for doing this QUALITY class FREE!!! I now babysit my adorable 1 year old grandbaby who is not petite! My strength is coming back, I'm feeling more limber again and alternate your 22 minute with your 35 minute classes and will progress to longer more challenging classes as I improve THANK YOU SO MUCH ADRIENE

I used to feel like I was the Biggest asshole in the world and I did not deserve love from myself or anyone else. Then I was diagnosed with depression. I started talk therapy and medication but something was still missing. I found yoga and discovered that loving and taking care of myself helps me love and take care of the people around me. Thanks Adriene, you opened a new world for me.

I'm very inconsistent with my practice. I somehow get into the mind set that I don't have the time, I don't do it right anyway, it doesn't do anything for my body, etc. etc., excuses and more excuses. But, every single time I come back to yoga, I do it with Adriene. And I have to say, as soon as I step back on the mat, it's like all that negative energy, all those thoughts that keep me from bettering myself...they disappear. Thank you Adriene, for inspiring me, for holding my hand through this journey, and especially for still being there after I've lost myself and found my way back. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This was fun. I really liked the part when Adriene mentions how important it is to use the right language. All too often especially in competitive sports, instructors use negative talk with the idea that this instills discipline. While it may work for some, it doesn’t work for those of us who are sensitive and prefer a kind and gentle approach. This video was educational and boosting both physically and spiritually.
This is so true... one I use a lot at the start to a busy day is look what I GET to do today... not GOT! Subtle difference completely changes my mindset to get on and enjoy my day.. 🙏

So for me today is day 3 of the Renew calendar and I woke up late. I was starving, so I had breakfast (tamales to be exact). I didn't feel able to go through the 36 minute session with downward facing dogs and vinyasa, and although I felt like cheating all along, I chose this lovely, magnificent, gentle 22 minute session. And when Adriene said, it is in the intention of working towards something, not shying away, suddenly I felt more at ease. I am doing the work and maybe sometimes we are so tough with ourselves and trying to hit all the home runs, when in fact some days you just need to do your best while honoring your tamales for breakfast.

Exhale day 30 on the books. I’m glad I didn’t swap tomorrow’s short practice of rabbit pose with today’s practice! I had a rough night last night with minimal sleep and felt horrible. This was just what I needed!! Feeling better and my intention to catch a nap later may not be needed. Wondering if anyone else occasionally experiences an uncomfortable vibration that you feel in your chest and abdomen that produces nausea and sleeplessness? I don’t know what causes it but I’ve been in my house many years and it’s only been happening in recent years(around the time they built a recycling plant down the road, tho I don’t know if that is the cause)?? Some people call it “the hum.” 😮

As an Indian, I used to do yoga so frequently during school. We actually had a yoga class as part of our school curriculum. I kind of lost touch with it through college, but Adriene has helped me reconnect with it. She teaches with so much authenticity. Thank you Adriene.

dear adriene, thank you so much for this session. i wasnt doing well in the past months and years and i'm out of a terrible depression. in the past weeks i decided i wanted to be happy and healthy and i am working on it everyday. now i'm doing yoga with your help and i try doing it once or twice a day. today i woke up with a terrible feeling of not being enough, not doing well and a lot of weight on my shoulders. i went for this session with you and when we were looking into the pond right at the tips of our toes i just stated crying and it was such a reliefing feeling. thank you so much. you make every day a better one for me, thank you for being part of my journey. namaste from germany

My roommate and I began doing Yoga with Adriene together everyday at the beginning of our nation's lockdown. Today was our 35th consecutive day of Yoga. We both love Yoga with Adriene and we are so glad she has been able to join us everyday to help us "find what feels good." Yoga time is like having a beloved friend come to visit us! These sessions have quite literally saved me. Since discovering this incredible lady nearly two years ago, I have had to deal with many emotionally, unbelievably hard times. What spoke to me in today's practice as "I choose to..." and I realized that I had forgotten that I had a choice in making my day productive/great or not. Thank you, Adrienne, for much more than the yoga practice. And also the yoga practice.
Omg so at the end I started massaging the arches of my feet and adriene made the sobbing face and I didn’t understand why. I kind of was like ‘She’s so sweet’ but then once I started massaging the arches, I seriously don’t know what happened I just felt this tremendous release and couldn’t stop crying and then I’m looking into the pond like “Who am I?” and then I heard in the back of my mind that I’m me, I am here, and I love myself, and I started sobbing and it felt so good. Very soothing practice. A little cooler this Sunday afternoon. I have spent the weekend in, quite nice. And did yesterday's and today's practice without lights on. Today it has been one year since my dad unexpectedly passed. Quite surprised how quickly that year went. I almost feel like it has not been. I know that save for a month plus last year, doing yoga with Adriene has been a blessing.

It took me 40 minutes to complete this because my toddler kept doing stuff YET I STILL FEEL GOOD afterwards!!! Thanks so much for these videos. i especially like this one cause my back and other limbs just be tight and kinda off balanced. i feel so aligned and loose now
Salute day 28🎉 thank you, Adriene for this practice, I love doing this one. Today I chose fun as my word (I always have fun doing yoga, even when it's hard) but I wanted to acknowledge the fun in the practice and I did, it made it way quicker than 22mins. I also found the single leg stretchers easier than usual and I can now reach my ankles with my hands without needing to bend my knees, I just need to slowly work on lowering my head and back to get a nice deep stretch, 🤞🏻one day I will get there. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻

Speaking of feeling my best, I don't know what I'd do without Adriene and the positive, welcoming people in this community. I did yoga in classes for 13 years in different cities. Then I moved to an unforgiving, remote rural area (for my husband) and there's no yoga...no anything! I used to say "I have a yoga class of just ONE," but it's more like ONE MILLION wonderful people practicing together at any given time. Thank you, thank you.

I've had such an unproductive week and I've been feeling really burnt out, but this video made me feel good again! A favorite that I come back to frequently. I suffer BPPV a few times a year, the vertigo interfering with my ability to follow along with a month long course, although I do try to get in as many of those sessions as I can. This session, with some careful modifications, is one that I can almost always get through. It’s a good length and my body does feel nicely stretched and energized.
This might possibly be my favorite yoga session yet. I'm brand new to yoga, I've only done it for about a month and a half, and so I have a hard time completing most yoga sessions - especially if they're on the long end. But this one was incredible for me! I came to the mat feeling tired, depressed, and unmotivated, and I left feeling much better about life in general, with more energy than I've felt in a while. I didn't even notice the time, I was so into it. I feel amazing right now. Thank you, Adriene, so much, for doing these videos and for being a resource of constant love and support.
Same here (new to yoga, completed January's "Home"). Didn't do yoga the past 4 days because I overdid it on a few poses and hurt my knees. Also had a few migraines, so I need something smooth to ease back into my groove.

I started practicing yoga around September, as part of my "homework" with my CBT program, after losing my dad to lung cancer in June. In the past, I felt skeptical about the movement, mainly because of my doubts about this never working for me. Ever since I started practicing to your videos- thanks to the recommendation by a dear friend of mine, I feel so grateful for discovering how amazing this movement truly is. I've since felt so much better mentally and physically. I learned that breathing is so important to human beings because I used to forget to breathe sometimes!
I cannot wait to continue with my daily yoga practices in the new year. Thank you so much again ❤
