Week 4 Day 1 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: This was a much needed streach after 30 Minute Lower Body Dumbbell Tabata Workout [ADVANCED// LOW IMPACT] I will definitely be doing this stretch before and after lower body workouts so I can move through my workouts effortlessly.

This is great that there is one camera but two different views of performing stretches so your viewers can be sure to perform the proper way. Thanks

Hey guys - I have recently started doing your workouts, but am an amputee and in a wheelchair so I modify them as best I can to still get my heart rate up try to get some muscle back and burn some calories. Would you ever consider doing a HIIT workout for wheelchair bound indidviduals?

I generally plan on giving my body a little more recovery/stretching, so checking out your other videos as well!
I used this as a cool down after a lower body kettlebell session and it was great, thank you. Is there anyway you can stop the adverts during the 10 minutes though? The routine was interrupted twice.

My glutes were on fire but I'm glad I pushed through. Week 2 Day 2!! I've wanted to increase my water intake but I have been slacking..I usually do 2 litres, I'm going to add one more. I'm going to push myself

The problem is your fReE cOnTeNt where your time yourselves amd expect the viewer to match is broken up by ads in the wrong place. It's damaging the quality of the video. I just didn't realise this channel isn't able to do that where others I follow do. My bad.
