Week 2: Thursday My favourite stretch was the Side Lat Stretch... it felt sooo good! I’m feeling amazing at this point in week 2, I can’t wait to get home from work and do the workouts. My cat usually comes and sits on the mat with me whilst I’m working out 🥰 🐈👊

My favorite stretch of the workout are the neck rolls that are associated with neck stretches. Recoveries had helped me to keep intact during the challenge and kept me motivated from accomplishing my fitness goals. With that, I persevere to finish the challenge and hopefully discern a firm progress from participating in it. 🔥🔥
Did this yesterday and combined it with W2D3 today! (Glad I took my rest day yesterday - shoulder is feeling much better). Really appreciated the upper body stretches. Been doing my best to get in a gallon of water, eating right and staying consistent with the workouts...generally feeling motivated! 😀
I won’t lie, I had some nasty shoulder pain that wouldn’t go away even with some painkillers. Did this one day and felt some popping. Instantly feels better after my first time watching this video. Never really knew the importance of stretching.
Me and my mum did the upper body dumbbell workout and then finished with this stretch this morning 💪 my dad joined for the stretch too🥳. By the end of the challenge I really want to get him to workout with us at least once. I needed the hip flexor/hamstring stretch the most. But the upper body stretches felt good after the workout too. Day 11 ✅

I try to always knock out my workouts in the morning, but knew I needed to rest this morning before my sons soccer training. Had some technical difficulties trying to post last night, but here I am now! : ) I'm super bad about stretching before, after, or any time really, so this video was so great to do after a long day - my favorite stretch was the pigeon pose and the side/lat stretch, so good!
Today, we went on a walk, then completed the full body stretch. My hamstrings are still sore and a bit tight, so I'm doubly grateful for this stretch. Looking forward to a rest day, then hitting it hard on Monday! God Bucs!
My favorite stretch was definitely the pigeon stretch for your glutes/hips. My glutes have felt tight and stiff all week and this stretch definitely made a huge difference. Thank you!
Week 2, Day 4 - YESSS - Exactly what my tight hips needed! Today I recovered with a lower body stretch also posted by my fave workout duo (YOU GUYS!) All week focusing on getting in my water with one of those annoying water jugs that reminds me when I'm behind. But I do love a challenge, so I. GOT. THIS.
SRC Week 3 Day 2: Thank you J & T these stretches really helped relieve the tension in my neck and hips. I heard a lot of popping in my shoulders and neck.
Went for a snowy birthday walk and then finished the day with this stretch. Good stretch for those tight muscles! Will deffo be doing this more now that I’m working from home! Looking forward to next weeks sessions!

It was a nice stretch, I probably liked the neck one the most! Oh yes, and the hamstring, since my left hamstring's been hurting a little for the last couple of days, so it was nice to stretch it. ^^ Feeling good, so glad I'm back to regular exercising again!

I’ve been doing my own workouts in addition the 4 week challenge so a recovery day is always good! I actually did a HIIT workout today with a lot of shoulder work so the shoulder rotation stretch was much needed! Overall feeling good at this point of week 2!

We decided to do the 100 rep challenge 🔥 as well because we'll be unable to workout tomorrow. I did sit ups, leg raises, squats, side lunges, plank reach, bench dips, lateral bounds, and mountain climbers 😓 haha.

I'm wondering if you have any videos or tips on how to create and maintain the proper body posture for when we sit/stand. I have a bad habit of slouching a lot and it's gotten worse since I started working from home lol I'm sure I'm not the only one who struggles with it, so even if you have time to do a quick video tutorial (I know you're both busy ppl!), I know I'd definitely appreciate it 👍🏼
