    Hey, y’all! Feeling excited about tomorrow’s AMRAP and loving the rest day today. The stretches felt so good, but the child’s pose/lateral stretch was superb!

    The forearm/bicep stretch was intense. I can tell I needed it. Super beneficial!

    wow, i didn’t realize how tense my shoulders and upper body were!! i definitely needed this. the lower body stretches helped immensely also, but comparably, i’m much stronger in the legs and carry much more tension in my upper body so i really felt it more in this video. the t-spine stretch was the highlight of my night. 🙏🏾

    This upper body stretch felt AMAZING!! I had no idea how much loosening up my shoulders and arms would also help open up my back as well. I've suffered from chronic back pain since I was 15 and this helped my upper back so much! Pumped for tomorrow's AMRAP workout!!!

    Despite over 15 years of yoga, and multiple stretch routines after sport throughout my life, this focused routine stretched out parts of my body that I swear had never been touched before...amazing video and thank you!

    Did this as a cool down after a dumbbell workout, perfect! And I also love the tricep and forearm stretches that I've seen on a couple of your stretching videos. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and the first time I did the stretch I could tell I was so, so tight. I do those stretches daily now (about 3-4 weeks, shortly after I subbed), and they have helped my pain, pins and needles feeling, and numbness that's associated with my carpal tunnel as well. I'm so glad you have taught us that. Thank you 🙏🏼

    Week 4, Day 4:
    I did these stretches instead of the HIIT workouts suggested. This is my 4th night away for work in a hotel room, and I’ve been doing plenty of walking. Today I walked 7km (approx 4.34 miles) in Sydney, so these stretches felt extra good. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout!

    Amazing, calm stretches that make a difference. I enjoy the workout but also enjoy the nice vibes between you two. We need that love and care, as much as we need to work our bodies.

    Just started watching y’all videos couple days ago , all esteem to YAHUAH creator of Heaven and Earth. I started subduing my Temple to eat lightly -, started stretching and working out more . For our bodies need to be nurtured and taken care of

    Day 4 week 3 completed! I really needed this stretch video. My upper body was definitely sore but I didn’t notice until I start stretching! It really felt good and was much needed! I’m ready for the amrap workout tomorrow!

    I have a youtube channel I normally go to for my stretches, but when I searched for them, Juice and Toya showed up. I figured, why not. It's black history month, and they look good. Well, they did not disappoint. This stretch hit all the right places and relieved my tension. I felt great once I finished. I'll be back for more.

    Week 3, Day 4:
    Wow, those stretches were amazing. They all made me realise that my right side is much tighter than my left. My fave stretch was Juice’s wall stretch.

    Felt so good to do this video after being at my desk all day! I think this benefited me the most, especially the chest stretch and the neck stretches too. Definitely going to build this video into my regular routine! Looking forward to the AMRAP video tomorrow 😀

    Loved this stretch! With the combination of the lower body stretch my body felt more relaxed. Need to work on my lower body stretch more but definitely repeating this combo again! 💛

    Week 2 Day 2 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: This stretch was much needed. Last week soreness is going away and now I will be able to feel the effects of this week's workout.

    I loved this!! Day 4 definitely opened me up. My favorite was the forearm stretches. I play piano so there’s a lot of tension in that area and I definitely feel a difference. Now it’s time for Zumba! 😊

    I especially love this video of yours. I have been doing these kind of stretches for a long time now but I do them either too much or too less and I only realized that after watching your video. You explained every stretch very well and how to execute them properly. And this is very relaxing too, the ambience, music, your explanation, everything. I feel better than before, whenever I stretch after my workout so thank you guys!

    Hey Guys😀I was dealing with what I thought was armpit pain but was actually my pec for months.I never stretched lol.I’ve been doing this daily along with a few bar hangs and my pain is completely gone! Thank you!

    Week 3 : Day 4 !! COMPLETE ✅ !!
    The most beneficial video is Upper Body stretches. I Love the T-Spine/Upper Back and Side Body/Shoulder 😊.
    By the way yall had us laughing 😂 over here when juice says "Give it a little bit more love and you know take care of it" (2:58) and toya smiles. Also when he says "You don't want to yank out your head" (6:55). My workout buddy @ Tecito con Steph laughs for everything and nonstop we laughing over here we woke up in a good mood. We want to thank you guys for this funny video we enjoyed it. 💛🙏🏼

    Out of these the Tricep/Lats stretches were the most beneficial to me as my shoulders have been super tight since yesterday. 🏁

    Week 3 of the 4 week challenge. This upper body stretch definitely more beneficial today. I sit at a computer 8+ hours a day and I don't stretch a lot for my upper so this one felt amazing and helped loosen up a ton of tension and tightness. Thanks J & T.

    Will definitely be adding this to my routine.
    Most of my upper body already felt loose so I pushed a little farther on every stretch until I felt the tension. I was looking for a good upper body stretch to start a pushup routine and I found it. Had me sweating before I even pushed up once 🤣

    Week 3 Day 4! This is something I don’t do enough of. I liked the trap stretch but I think the wrist and forearm stretches were my fav and most needed. I’m at my computer 9-10 hours per work day. I’m going to try to do this stretch again in the middle of the day. Thanks Juice & Toya!

    W2D2 SRC23 such a great stretch. I’ve added this to my workouts several times. Always feel good after. Trying to be consistent with my stretching. I always feel better when I’m doing more stretching.

    I love this! One thing though, I really like videos without any talking so that we can just exercise together. And I'm Black so I have been looking for routine videos done by Black people. I love you two (!!!) but I would LOVE if there was a video that I could do with you guys that had little to no talking. ... Maybe it's not your guys' jam, but just putting it out there. It's all love nonetheless. Keep doing what you're doing!
