    This is perfect! Most pre-workout routines feel like an actual workout, but this one stretches everything perfectly! And that wrist stretch is genius 💜

    The most beneficial stretch out of these for me is probably the tabletop t-spine rotation, feels so good in the back! 🧘

    Good Morning! Here for Day 4- I am glad I have taken warm up exercises from this video and other videos and mixed them up to do before each workout. My shoulders are an area this week that needed to be stretched, so I will continue to target as we close out Week 1. See y'all tomorrow Juice and Toya!

    I’m 60 next month,
    I’m very muscular 6’ 3” and 260
    Was looking to lose 20 and get back into running shape,
    So I found your stretching routine
    I discovered that I’m way stiffer than I have been in the past.

    The active hamstring stretch is one of my favorites. Feels so good to loosen up. Majority of the time during a fitness challenge or during any personal fitness goals we are so concerned with pushing to the maximum we forget the importance of recovery . I know I’m guilty of this .! This felt great. Day 4 down in the books . ✅

    Day three done! I used this warm up before yesterday's cardio, and it was a great way to start today. The tabletop stretch with the wrists felt amazing after so many plank exercises the past couple days :) Morning workouts are the way to go for me-getting psyched for tomorrow's AMRAP!

    I’ve been lifting consistently for 6 years and have managed to build a good physique although I hardly ever stretched since I stopped playing sports. Your guys page has saved me. My depth in squats and leg movements is a million times better. Thank you ❤️

    Me and the wifey @kimberly completed the active recovery with a little more. All of the stretches helped, but the t-spine stretches really really helped relieve some pain.

    These were great Day 4 recovery stretches - I think the most beneficial one for me was the plank to down dog. I just love a good down dog! Really need to warm up more, so I am going to try and work this into all of my pre-workout routines. Great job, guys!

    #Day4AprilChallenge Done ✅ I’ll incorporate this warm up before all my workouts from now on. I recently discovered the importance of stretching before workouts veeeeeerrry beneficial for motion. I benefit more from my quad stretch’s that’s where I burn more during workouts so I tire easily because of it 😩😭. I noticed a difference today during my dance cardio. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 thanks you two

    That was great, I felt a good pull in muscles that I haven’t used in a long time. My favourite was the table top stretch with reaching out/opening up... that felt SO GOOD!!

    The most beneficial stretch for me would be the cat-cow stretch since I had some experiences with lower back pain during some workouts in the past, and implementing some of these types of stretches to workouts would be a relief. 😊

    This was a great warm up video! The hardest stretch for me, was the runners stretch. I had trouble keeping my balance while trying to do the exercise.

    the cohesion between you two is phenomenal. this is my first time coming across the channel + I’m glad that I did. it’s funny because as soon as my body did a little crack, one of you were like “you might hear a crack or pop.” 😂. I’m transitioning out of the military soon but I’m determined to be in the best shape of my life, so thanks for this warmup before my at-home gym session 🙏🏽.

    I like doing this one before and after working out. I didn't realize how sore and tight my muscles are after the first 3 days of this challenge. My 3 year old decided he wanted to help me today my sitting on my back while I was doing the cat/cow stretch.

    Day 4 of the Fit-Challenge (Aug. 2021) Complete! What a great stretch and warm-up routine. I can tell that my body really needed this. I am often tight in my hips. The forearm stretch was something else! Never knew to stretch those muscles so thank you for that and as always, thank you for all you both do!
