      I stuck to 10 lb weights it went to 5 lb for the Arnold move. Gotta work on getting my shoulders stronger.

      I have been sedentary since the pandemic started and am just getting back (slowly) to working out again. This was perfect but it killed me in a good way.

    My favorite thing aside from the workouts, is the MUSIC. Its not annoying or distracting, yet it helps me to keep my rhythm within the workouts. Seriously, thats big. Other you tube workouts that I tend to do will sometimes be the ones that I overlook that day because I'm not in the mood for their music choices. I like that it's just beat driven with no lyrics. Maybe that seems silly but its important to some of us! I can't mute it it because I time myself with your timer. So, kudos to who ever mixes and/or chooses those tracks!

    This is the best workout I have every done for ten minutes my heart rate is up and I can definely feel the burn.
    These type of workouts are great for people like me who work and only have a few minutes in the morning.
    You both look good and its nice to see. I enjoy all of the workouts that you have and I have done them all.
    I hope that you will continue to add more ten minute workouts. You both are my favorite fitness trainers hands down.
    I am always excited to see what you guys are going to put together next.

    Dear Juice and Toya, I hope you see this. Earlier I wasn't able to follow this video as there are no breaks in between the exercises. But now I have built enough strength to pull this one. Now this workout is easy for me. I am so happy that I am able to do this. I feel proud to have accomplished something. Lots of love to both of you. You made my fitness journey a beautiful one.     Hi, just wanted to thank you for this video. I'm 64 years old and used to lift a lot until some medical issues stopped me. Decided to start a serious workout routine again here at home with only dumbbells to use and found your video. Bit of a challenge right now, great workout. I'm working up to try and do it twice or three times a workout. Thanks again for getting me off to a good start!!

    The reason why I keep on coming back to these workouts is the music and not the constant talking throughout the workout, and hearing the trainers gasp for breath in my headphones. I understand proper form so it's nice to set my phone down, do the work, hear the cues and look over for the next exercise. You all, plus maybe 3 or 4 other channels on here are the only ones that do this. It helps me get into the flow to connect with my body rather than cause me more mental stress. Thank you so much for this. My gym has an outside turf area so I've been grabbing some dumbbells and doing these strength and cardio ones out there. Appreciate it!

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    Thank you for this! I broke my ankle a couple of weeks ago, had surgery, and now have a CAM boot. I've been so angry that my full body weight lifting has come to a halt, but I found I can do this blaster from a chair, and I'm really grateful to y'all. I found your channel when searching for HIIT kettlebell workouts, a couple of months ago, and I love the vibe between you two, the music, the non-chatty-ness throughout the movements, and how effective the workouts are.     I love putting them on and dimming my lights. I think I never realized how overstimulated I actually get when I exercise and it's nice to have a chill but upbeat beat with little distractions. ive never exercised more since finding this channel.

    Week 4 Day 2 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: This was a great finisher to the Upper Body Tabata workout. This one really pushed me as there was no rest in between each exercise. I mixed the exercises with 5lb & 8lb weights. I'm working to using 8lbs all the way through.

    Okay honest opinion. I absolutely love this workout. Im always looking for quick arm workouts for two reasons 1. To do them at work. 2. Because my partner AND kids will join. Often people see the time and get discouraged or quit but the 10-15 minutes we are able to do as a family which secretly motivates me :) and of course makes me happy my family is active.

    My arms were literally on 🔥 I had to drop my arms for few seconds but I jumped right back in there. Let me just say I stumbled across you two early January and I must say I've been doing just about all yall videos, and I'm so proud of myself I started out with 3lbs and 8lbs dumbells... baby I had to go to sports Academy and upgrade thanks to you guys, I'm now using 10 and 15lb dumbells!!!     Awesome workouts, good variety, good coverage of different muscle groups. What I miss is the verbal encouragement and instruction that some other trainers provide. Beginners need pointers on good form, and some of us still need reminders to keep the core tight, for example, or how to protect from injuries to the joints and lower back. If you talked to me, I would exercise with you much more frequently. Besides that, you rock!

    I’m usually moving from one phase of exercise to the next pretty quick - so if I’m working out with Juice and Toya, I usually don’t listen to a video all the way to the end. I make an exception for this video and I try to save it until my workout is basically done so I can hear Juice say “it’s lunch time.” I’ve never been so motivated to eat lunch in my life.

    Just wanted to express my gratitude. I had only ten minutes (and not a second more) for a workout before I had to run out the door. Even with so little time for self-care, this set my day up so powerfully, not only because of the muscles that were (seriously) worked but because the effects had me making better choices and just being more mindful and kind towards my body for the rest of the day, which is what truly creates a picture over overall health. Even a brief but serious workout like this has immense "ripple effects' (sorry for the bad pun). You two are great and I'm deeply appreciative of what you do and how well you do it. Also loved the "photo shoot" at the end, you made me laugh and I really needed a laugh...even more empowering to laugh before bolting out the door. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

    I did it! I finished!!!!! I was having a not so sun-shined day. Work, daughter’s college decision, friends in town that want to have some fun in the Vegas sun and I’m just not feeling it.
    I saw 45 minutes and was gonna hard pass but since I knew J & T would be disappointed, I hit play. I feel like a million bucks! Now, off to my protein shake!

    Still getting used to you guys, I'm fairly new! Once I got used to no rest, I got the hang of it lol I really enjoy the structure and creativity of your workouts, it make it go by quickly. I would love 30 to 40 min workouts like this, finishing with maybe a burnout set like this, but isolated and building for the first 80 percent of it. One with abs included would be a bonus, dumbbell and ankle weight abs. There is not enough ADVANCED abs, I have yet to find something that is difficult and burns...maybe y'all can help! Loving you guys lately 💖

    I've been looking for some short workouts to compliment my running schedule. This was a perfect upper body circuit for my shorter run days. I don't know if either of you are into running but it would so cool if you ever decide to do a longer lower body workout specifically for runners.
