Waking up early is not a struggle for me. I developed a habit of early to bed early to rise makes one a healthier and wiser. I meditate at 5pm, join online devotions and mass. Then off to do my target of 7,500 steps 4-5x a week. What I should start doing after watching this video is Journaling . All the rests are all what I have been doing. Waking up early! Waking up early every day is really effective. My friend has been doing this for years now, he is very healthy and extremely productive. His day usually starts 2 hours earlier than everyone else, so he has more time to work and enjoy life. He said he was lucky because he had practiced the habit of waking up early for decades. If he hadn't gotten up early, he wouldn't have been as successful as he is now.
I naturally wake up at 4a. HOWEVER, I waste that precious time watching TV while scrolling through phone. I’m going to create a different routine, going fwd. one step at a time. ❤️

I get up every morning at 4 AM. GOto my gym by 4:30 for a 1.5 hr workout. Cable workouts; high to low 3 sets 40 r 5:03 reps. Level cable same 3 sets w/ 40 reps, finally low to high, 3sets W/ 40 reps. Next, leg extensions, 3 sets w/40 reps lastly bicep curls using 40 lb easy bar . Love doing this 5 days a wk.
My early routine has made made who I am today, not forgetting the morning exercises which makes me mentally focused and keep me building on things I never imagined doing. After I had my leg broken through motor accident my recovery stages made aware of the benefits of morning exercises and sleeping early to wake up early. I will restart using the journal because update you of your methodology and plans to fulfill your destiny.

I agree with him. I wake up each morning at 04.00 am. I do meditation and do some easy stretching. I used to run from my home to the train station in my community. Then I run from Stockholm central to my workplace 10 km two ways. I am vegan and no Coffee, te or alkohol. Best wishes, a simple runner and cyclist.
All except mindful eating used to be part of my life -do not know why I ever gave up in those! Luckily I have started to seek myself and have in fact taken back my old way of living with early mornings, daily little workout every morning and evening and the game changer was starting with a mindful breakfast! I have been doing those changes for 2 weeks untill I saw your vdo. Br yes those literally changed my life. I started to focus on myself more and doing self care and all gradually and now I could see changes in my appearance it's more clean and neat now and I'm also doing good in academic too. I’ve recently come out of a relationship where I was lied to and betrayed. Been going through a pretty dark time; however, instead of feeling sorry for myself and turning to the bottle I’ve decided to completely turn my life upside down and hopefully for the better. 1.Stopped drinking alcohol 2.Eating only meat and eggs. Lost 21 pounds in two weeks. 3.Applied to do volunteer work in the evenings and on the weekend. 4.I exercise regularly anyway but I’ve stepped it up. 5.getting up at 5am which gives me the time to stretch, meditate and get ready for the day. 6.Walk for an hour before work. My mind feels clearer and I have more love and respect for myself. If I can be the best version of myself then I can improve and be a better person. The next step is improving my work and becoming more successful. Getting over heartache feels easier when you’re trying to be the best version of yourself. ❤

Personal effort to take care of yourself makes everything easy. The more I did this the less interesting gratification from the bars, tv or seeking attention became. The resistance to doing that has always baffled me, I thought I was missing out by investing in self-care and not keeping up with trends. Peace of mind was easier to achieve when I finally stopped searching for that one book (why do people keep posting manifestation books here) or next external event to get me riled up and finding the time to do the simple things to attend to my needs. I personally neeeded individual therapy in conjunction with the suggestions in this video and it accelerated in the direction of improvement

That's a great video I've seen this month. This quite music and beautiful voise let me to relax and think over my life. Certainly, It's not that easy as it seems to involve these 7 habits in your life. Every habit requires time and certain circumstances to make it sense. I think, It's better to start from one habit. For example, waking up earlier. As speaker said, you should start from reducing your alarm clock by 15 minutes and reduce it constantly. Also I have to say that this first habit one of the best because the morning is a great time in all day. Especially, if that's summer. During summer It's getting darker later and the sun getting up earlier so you can fell the first lights in the earlier morning. For some reason, this video spoke to me❤️life can be so stressful at times without realising it you're not paying attention to the bigger picture, which is YOU. I've been so court up in being late, trying to make things perfect, eating whatever there is it's like a lost version. I keep on telling myself "I'll try some other day" or "I'll do it tomorrow"... Stress can take over your life without you even enjoying it.

Waking up early is not a struggle for me. I developed a habit of early to bed early to rise makes one a healthier and wiser. I meditate at 5pm, join online devotions and mass. Then off to do my target of 7,500 steps 4-5x a week. What I should start doing after watching this video is Journaling . All the rests are all what I have been doing. The key is discipline and perseverance

The world is coming around to what India has been teaching for ages! Waking up early, doing Yoga, meditation, mindful eating with a quiet prayer were all taught in ancient India. Unfortunately, many Indians have lost this profound wisdom and are forgetting their roots! Glad to see people realising it now.

Waking up early! Waking up early every day is really effective. My friend has been doing this for years now, he is very healthy and extremely productive. His day usually starts 2 hours earlier than everyone else, so he has more time to work and enjoy life. He said he was lucky because he had practiced the habit of waking up early for decades. If he hadn't gotten up early, he wouldn't have been as successful as he is now.

I get up every morning at 4 AM. GOto my gym by 4:30 for a 1.5 hr workout. Cable workouts; high to low 3 sets 40 r 5:03 reps. Level cable same 3 sets w/ 40 reps, finally low to high, 3sets W/ 40 reps. Next, leg extensions, 3 sets w/40 reps lastly bicep curls using 40 lb easy bar . Love doing this 5 days a wk.
These habits are truly life-changing! It's amazing how small changes can make such a big impact in just one week. Thanks for the inspiration!
My early routine has made made who I am today, not forgetting the morning exercises which makes me mentally focused and keep me building on things I never imagined doing. After I had my leg broken through motor accident my recovery stages made aware of the benefits of morning exercises and sleeping early to wake up early. I will restart using the journal because update you of your methodology and plans to fulfill your destiny.
Sometimes my daily exercise is just a walk , but I feel way better when I do it compared to when I don’t .

Living alone with three grown children is a challenge for me. But what has helped me is less television time and repeating positive quotes that I've heard over the years and repeating biblical scriptures. Doing the latter gives me a sense of peace. His peace that passeth all understanding!

I agree with him. I wake up each morning at 04.00 am. I do meditation and do some easy stretching. I used to run from my home to the train station in my community. Then I run from Stockholm central to my workplace 10 km two ways. I am vegan and no Coffee, te or alkohol. Best wishes, a simple runner and cyclist.

All except mindful eating used to be part of my life -do not know why I ever gave up in those! Luckily I have started to seek myself and have in fact taken back my old way of living with early mornings, daily little workout every morning and evening and the game changer was starting with a mindful breakfast! This made me definitely realize how important all these seven things really are! Thank you!

I have been doing those changes for 2 weeks untill I saw your vdo. Br yes those literally changed my life. I started to focus on myself more and doing self care and all gradually and now I could see changes in my appearance it's more clean and neat now and I'm also doing good in academic too. Also I recommend to read books every morning at least for 5 minutes. It really really helps

I’ve recently come out of a relationship where I was lied to and betrayed. Been going through a pretty dark time; however, instead of feeling sorry for myself and turning to the bottle I’ve decided to completely turn my life upside down and hopefully for the better.
1.Stopped drinking alcohol
2.Eating only meat and eggs. Lost 21 pounds in two weeks.
3.Applied to do volunteer work in the evenings and on the weekend.
4.I exercise regularly anyway but I’ve stepped it up.
5.getting up at 5am which gives me the time to stretch, meditate and get ready for the day.
6.Walk for an hour before work.
My mind feels clearer and I have more love and respect for myself.
If I can be the best version of myself then I can improve and be a better person.
The next step is improving my work and becoming more successful.
Getting over heartache feels easier when you’re trying to be the best version of yourself.

Personal effort to take care of yourself makes everything easy. The more I did this the less interesting gratification from the bars, tv or seeking attention became. The resistance to doing that has always baffled me, I thought I was missing out by investing in self-care and not keeping up with trends. Peace of mind was easier to achieve when I finally stopped searching for that one book (why do people keep posting manifestation books here) or next external event to get me riled up and finding the time to do the simple things to attend to my needs. I personally neeeded individual therapy in conjunction with the suggestions in this video and it accelerated in the direction of improvement
Yes. All very good advice. The hardest part is obtaining and maintaining the discipline to implement these changes in your life. As suggested, start small and build up. The key is; to start!

That's a great video I've seen this month. This quite music and beautiful voise let me to relax and think over my life. Certainly, It's not that easy as it seems to involve these 7 habits in your life. Every habit requires time and certain circumstances to make it sense. I think, It's better to start from one habit. For example, waking up earlier. As speaker said, you should start from reducing your alarm clock by 15 minutes and reduce it constantly. Also I have to say that this first habit one of the best because the morning is a great time in all day. Especially, if that's summer. During summer It's getting darker later and the sun getting up earlier so you can fell the first lights in the earlier morning. I hope, every person who has watched this video will be able to cope with his difficulties and make his dreams true. ❤😊
