Just a suggestion, could you add an indicator on screen to tell us which set we are in and which number of upper, lower body, core we are at?
      Example:
      Set 1, Upper body 3
      Set 1, Lower body 1
      Set 2, Lower body 2
      Set 2, Core 3 etc.
This will help motivate us and see how far we are because the dotted square bar at the top is not too clear on our progress.

Doing this workout for 2 weeks now. I lost 4kg this week and my body is shaping up nice! This workout is balanced, there are no weird or impossible to do movements. In this workout I especially liked the renegade rows not requiring you to put your whole weight on your dumbbells. My plastic dumbbells are safe at last :)

@@reyno6826 I am sorry about the miscarriage dear.
I recommend you adding in at least three to four days a week of cardio for 20 to 30 minutes. Especially because you have such a young child the Grow with Jo free WALKING workouts on RUclips are great because you don't make a lot of noise you don't use a lot of space and I seriously burn just as many calories as I do in a spin class

Plus 25 children at work in daycare. I sit a lot due to paper works because I manage our church daycare and after work I need to be active. So thank you to both of you.

Love-love-love it! Love everything: 1) the intence is right (not too intence, not too weak); 2) sets are good (from simple to complex): 3) 1 min rest is awesome! Allows us to take a breath and recharge; 4) 40/10 sec cycle is right (not burning us)! 5) 45 min duration is amazing (as 30 min is too short, while 60 min is too long); 6) Pace is rignt (not too quick, not too slow); 7) Love warm-up and stretching at the end! EVERYTHING is great! That's exactly what I was looking for.... Thank you Juice & Toya for your work and motiovation! (BTW, I am 62 years old, and enjoyed this workout! Going to do it 3 times per week, as recommended by you)🤩

This burnt around 280-300 cal for me as i was using 8 kg of weight in total. Usually strength training down burn this much calories for me unless it isn’t challenging. Amazing! It's so hard to find workouts like this on RUclips that incorporate a lot of compound movements and go at a reasonable tempo without me wanting to kill myself😅. Please do more of these 45 Min Dumbbell Workouts, I absolutely adored this!

Omg!!! Thank you so much 😭I loved this one, it is exactly what I look for: the movements are different, but in the same order and kind of similar, so I don't get bored but also I get a little "surprise" each set. The workout is long enough and sooo well thought and structured. Keep up this amazing work! love your channel and working out with you two!! :) ❤️

Bula vinaka from Fiji Toya & Juice! I've just finished this workout and I never usually comment on youtube videos but I just wanted to say a big Vinaka vakalevu (thank you) for putting out such awesome workout content. I was diagnosed with PCOS and have learnt one of the best ways for me to improve my hormones/symptoms alongside my diet changes was weight training/building muscle and I've fallen in love with strength training over the last 10 months. I remember 10 months ago finding your 15 minute dumbbell starter and feeling deflated, weak and frustrated I couldn't do it. I was so angry I was this unfit and my bigger body couldn't hit most of the movements. Fast forward to today and 10 months on in my strength training journey using a lot of your videos as part of my routine, turning up consistently, and my body shape and muscle mass is completely changing, I don't focus on a number on the scale because for me this has been a lifestyle change and not about a goal weight (if I had to guess based on the last time I was weighed I would have been around 280lbs 10 months ago) but I did want to map my progress/have some gauge on what was changing so I used a tape measure at the beginning and today I measured again and I'm currently 6inches down in my waist and 7 1/2 inches down on my hips. More important to me than the weight loss I've achieved through strength training I am just so happy with the benefits to my health overall, I feel stronger, my balance is better, my joints feel more supported, my muscle mass has increased and my resting heart rate has dropped from 73bpm to sitting around 60bpm these days.
All that to say thank you from a gal on a little island in the pacific ocean, you're helping me take control of my health & fitness and better understand what my body can do & achieve and it's truly life changing, loloma yani! Lily x

Listen, I did this exercise video this morning because I didn't have time to go to the gym. Let's just say...... my upper body is still 🔥 several hours later!! I never felt like this at the gym, maybe because I stopped when I started feeling the burn. However, with this video, I was determined to complete it no matter what! Wow is all I could say! Will definitely be doing more in the future ❤️

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Four years ago I was running Spartans, then changed countries, the training tailed off and joined the CoV club in Feb 2020. The long respiratory CoV version and a couple of old injury niggles kept me from training but got back in the saddle in June starting at the beginning. Have tried a few dumbbell workouts and mi cuerpo reminds me that I'm no spring chicken and heading towards the back door but your ramped workout is ideal, it has helped to wake up the muscle memories and I'm targeting a Spartan run in March 2022. Thank you.
