Follow along shoulder stretches and chest stretches. Open up your upper body with these yummy stretches! Transform your upper body and gain more flexibility in order to do the workouts you love safely and effectively. These stretches are perfect for beginners and are a great base for advanced. Do these with your workout or on your rest day! Do these stretching exercises along with us!
I have a stretch that's a foundation of my triad of yoga sessions as well as my shoulder bulletproofing one. I think you could call it the evil twin of your first stretch. 1) Stand tall. 2) Put your extended arms behind your back. 3) Lace your fingers and bring the heels of your palms together. 4) Arch your chest, pulling your shoulders back and look to the sky. 5) Hold. (I usually hold for two minutes, minimum.) This is, by far, my favourite upper-body stretch. A great stress-reliever. P.S. I love, love, love your content.
I grabbed a 20k kettlebell on the back but just hold it 30secs, feels great, i still don’t know how it will feel tomorrow haha. Thank you!

These stretching routine are great and I'm glad I stumbled upon the channel. Years of gaming and just being lazy have really weakened a lot of my upper body and back. These exercises are feeling so good on my upper back and shoulders. I've done my fair share of stretches for the past 5 years or so, but nothing as impactful what you suggest here. I really appreciate it. ^^

Really good stretches. Not letting the shoulder roll forward in the pec/shoulder opener lying prone really makes a difference, I had missed that bit somewhat in my practice. Thank you!

This has been absolutely amazing! i deal with shoulder pain from poor posture, and the amount of relief i feel is indescribable . I can feel the fluid in my ears draining. My back has cracked as it opens up, and i am able to stand straighter and with less pain. I just need to strengthen my core, and i should be even better. And it's only roughly 15 mins!! Thanks Bro!

I just discovered your channel after a series of injuries, past of bulimia, an eating disorder and over working out. You can only imagine what that did to my body over the years. I just turned 32 and am actively turning my life around with the right diet. Just found your channel and been doing this stretch for the past 2 days...I cannot tell how good I feel after this. It feels as if parts of my body that have been closed off and too tight to move, have finally started to open up. I can also breathe a little better. Dealing with some overhead mobility issues. Used to have an impinged left shoulder and now I think my right shoulder is impinged? I feel open and slightly pain free though-- thanks for the quality video!

I do a stretch where i take my left arm and place my left palm behind my right knee while hunching my upper back. That gives a really good stretch. Guess it's similar to your first exercise there, but stretches better.

I just started watching your videos maybe 3 weeks ago and I already feel better. I'm a zoo keeper and I have to bend, squat, reach, lift, and even duck walk on the daily. So excited to try these stretches. I do have constant pain in my neck and turning from side to side is usually painful, any recommendations for fixing neck issues?
