I have not worked out in over 6 months. I've owned a foam roller for years and never used it. Tysm for posting this, it was the start to my new work out routine! Felt amazing on my quads!
Week 3 Day 5: Yass!!!! I loved rolling out everything out. I didn't know my muscles were that tight, I definitely need this after them weights, quats and through a long day of work. Felt amazing you, guys!!
Thank you. I am 34 and i never really paid too much attention to foam rolling but i did it on my recovery day today. I must say i not only felt better immediately but i was breathing better after the foam rolling. Thanks again for making this video.
This was a fantastic video, I didn't realize how difficult foam rolling was, at least as someone with not the greatest upper body strength, so I really appreciate the caveats for if you're not able to hold yourself up. Certainly feeling better after!
The thing I preach to my clients but never do enough of myself….thank you for this video!! Would love one focusing on QL, Glute medius, TFL, Rec Fem and IT band….all the painful spots that I avoid on my own!

Just tried this foam roller session after a heavy leg day yesterday and may I say 'YESSS MA'AAM' that quad roll finished me!! I'm not ready for it yet but if you haven't already guys could you do a more intense version of your foam rolling session for later down the line when myself and I'm sure many others are ready! Love your work guys! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Week 3 Day 6, I've had my foam roller for about 3 months now and it's one of the better purchases I made this year! The mixture of my desk job and working out puts strain on my back, and sometimes I'll just idly roll it out while I'm watching TV or something. Having a routine like this to follow helps a lot, although currently the rolling the focuses on the lats is really difficult for me to do 😅
Week 3, Day 6 [12/11/22]; Done! Might not have a foam roller but my mat rolled up did quite a fantastic job. It felt like heaven and hell at the same time when we got to the quats, especially the left one. Totally want an advanced one!
Thanks for the foam roll guys! It always helps me to have folks to do it with! If you do a more advanced one in the future, you could add the TFL! It's such a rough one!! My massage therapist told me it's like a rubber band and you can't really loosen the IT band without loosening the TFL since that's the source. I do mine against a wall with a tennis ball or my foam roller and let the leg I'm working hang and support myself with the other one. :)
It might be good to tell or remind folks that they shouldn't add too much weight if they're true beginners. I've never been so sore after following this! After doing a little research, I clearly got a little too eager to try things out.

Week 3 Day 6: Whew, after a few of these sessions, I feel pretty much nice and loose. Putting in time to foam roll was a relief for the left glute & left hip and down the rest of the left side. I found the knots and worked them pretty much out in those areas especially. Ready to ROLL into week 4 challenge. ❤😅❤ LET’S ROLL! 💪🏽🤣💪🏽
OBLA Challenge, Week 3 Day 6 (yeah, very late): finally got around this video since i got a proper foam roller! (tried to use my yoga mat but didn't make it til the end lol) doing this after today's (Week 4 Day 2) workouts really feels relieving, the quads were the toughest muscles :') i want to make foam rolling a regular thing in my everyday life and this is a great start 😄
W3D6 (11/12/22) so I don't have a foam roller but I worked with my rolled up mat and wooo I'm tender. Gonna go buy a real foam roller and revisit this asap.
