As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers ruclips.net/user/postUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!

Wow. I've been dealing with muscle tension and headaches for days. Was about to book myself in for a professional massage and thought I'd try foam rolling instead (really for the first time). I feel so so much better. This is going to be a new at least weekly exercise for me. Thank you!

I started new ,but i really like it . I took some pilates classes for 3months or so but i get bored of my trainer cause she s coming not in time and we always start alone the warm up and when she s with us she just look at her phone.....
Her pilates classses are just classes of muscle cramps and endless repetitive moves which we end up not executing corectly. So...that being said i decided to do by myself ,home ,with dedicated trainers from RUclips.
And i found you for massage part. When you said to just hold on the painful spot ,i did so and i swear God i felt it like a bee stung ,but i keept holding it and felt how the pain is slowly going away

I'm a newbie and I have a long foam roller, so I had only worked the front of both thighs at once - I moved it so that I could work them individually and yowsa, what a difference. Also, I liked the upper body segments. I added hamstrings and calves afterward for a perfect workout (massage).
My muscles were so tight and achy before. I feel amazing afterwards. Thank you!!!!

This is torture but great! Be careful bringing the roller too far down the ribs cage!! I knocked them out of place because I put my full weight on the roller while it was on my short ribs😬❤

This is my go to foam roller workout...the quads and IT band are killers on this body, but the rest is sort of a hurts so good reward.
I have shoulder impingement for months I am currently going to has pt treatment. Getting better but when I laying down on the floor my arm can’t raise all the way up on the floor surfers but after I did your armpits rolling. Getting closer now. Thank you

nunca havia feito. comprei o rolo e comecei na panturrilha. e dói muito até no dia seguinte. É devido ao que acumulei? Com o tempo esses pontos vão soltando com a persistência? Igualmente nas duas panturrilhas. Nem fui para coxas pra poder soltar o máximo as panturrilhas. Me ajudem!

Unfortunately, I can not roll my legs like this without a great deal of surface pain. I believe I have a certain kind of allodynia.
