Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
@@Learner5406 It is clearly a lie. In their profile picture they are above 18 which means no growth from puberty, and 4 inches is far too much to possibly be gained from stretching.
i just pulled a bunch of muscles yesterday doing a different, more difficult than i usually do, workout, so i didnt want to do the workout i do daily; this one worked great to relax my muscles that i pulled! thanks a lot!!
This stretch felt GREAT! As she was saying to be more aware of which side you felt were more difficult/easy while stretching, I wanted to ask why is it that one area feels harder to stretch than the other?

Shit. I had went on a school trip and did a lot of walking and my whole body was SORE. I did this video not thinking it would work, and oh my god. I feel a million times better. This is incredible. I stood up and was able to walk without pain. This girl is a life saver 😦❤️

3 years ago, Someone pressed near the little toe of my foot with his shoe's tip for 40 minutes in a zigzag way , due to which the muscles and nerve of the foot was crushed and a pit has formed, it hurts a lot, it is not getting better even after doing many treatments, please tell its treatment.
Wow, it's scary how not flexible I am compared to you. I can't even move 20% of the distance your legs moved without it feeling literally impossible. But I must do this more often because it hurts to sit while kneeling and I work on my kneels most of the day.
