Very very nice. We use our shoulders for everything. Stretching works yes. Pull a shoulder it really takes you out for a good while. Stay hydrated and stretch. ,👍👍

Really good. To me it was much better to do the first half standing. Because of my back problems, I cannot comfortably sit cross legged on the floor.
I just discovered on your channel. I managed to watch a few videos, I really liked some videos, but after watching some videos about stretching, I had a question: do your coaches think it's a good idea to mix dynamic and static stretches, if we don't mean that the stretches shown will be used before or after some training? Regards and very thanks for all the team and for the content.
Thread the needle does absolutely nothing for anterior shoulder tightness. in fact it makes it worse.
