    Wow . This worked for me . My thigh was paining like hell after i did a heavy workout and squats . I was unable to walk properly . I felt relaxed and can walk now after this exercise . ❤️❤️

    pain for over 4 years, gone in a day this is amazing I have a car accident the doctors said i have nerve damage and lumbar lordosis I have gone to lifestyle change( 105 kilos to 78 kilos) and therapy still nothing. used the stretch last night and its gone. this is amazing first time pain free for the past years

      Moving side to side with legs open and each time adjusting your back and the foot youre gonna put in front get comfortable there then adjust the back one straight ​@pheinted6386

    this video is a lifesaver. i had volleyball practice, swimming, and my bike riding today so my thighs hurt like crazy. this video was great! definitely recommend it

    Did a beginner workout and was sore the whole next day. Did this routine (except the exercise with the foam roller) and I can now move again without wailing in pain every time I bend down or stand up. Thank you!

    This was really unbelievable

    My upper thigh has been aching because I walked a lot today, with these stretches minus the last one it went from a lot of discomfort to a small amount of it. 10 minutes ago I couldn't concentrate on anything due to the ache, but now it's barely there. 🙏

    Did this the first time tonight, even though my keg still feels a tad bit sore this helped a lot, the pain has been taking hours off my sleep all because of my hip injury, i think I'll be doing this daily now, I'm looking forward to see where it takes me

    It's 10 pm right now and i had pain in my thighs for like 1 and a half years and I visited many doctors but they all said that i was okay and I'm lttry crying I was suffering for so long and now it's finally gone thank you 💗💗

I was literally about to go to the hospital thought I had a femoral nerve pinch was doing the stretch for it and zero help.. just before waking the wife up to go I found this stretch video took away 90% of my thigh pain I can stand up and walk now!     This is absolutely great and so effective! I had been having upper thigh pain for days and I came accords this video, did this exact routine in my gym and I am already so relaxed and feel so so better and motivated to work even harder! Wish I would’ve come across this video earlier❤️

    I could barely do 10% of how you did it because of no flexibility in my body and the pain in my thighs but I can honestly say I lost 30-40% of my pain.
    I will repeat it a couple of times and I'm confident it will vanish.

    thanks for posting this streach it really works for me. after doing 50 squats my upper thai are burnning and vibrating even it become difficult for me to walk in proper balance 😂 i decided to take rest for a day but don't work and on the next day i tried this streach rutine on my both legs. and it gives me a relief while doing on regular bases i can make them even better. Thanks.
    By the way before i tried a month ago i recommended this rutiene to my younger sister because she don't know about much that which on is best so i give it a random try and she get a lot of relief from one set only.That's why i found it so helpful.

    I’ve had a pain in my thigh for at least six months now because I do dance five times a week and this helped a lot. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for this. It has really affected my dancing since I couldn’t even do the splits anymore without a level 10 pain but now it’s at maybe a five.

    Two things helped me here. Firstly, my sister prayed with me & command the pain to go in Jesus name. Instantly I felt healed. Secondly, I thought to myself- ‘do yourself a favour & exercise’. Yep - I followed my wisdom & now the pain is gone. Hallelujah thank you Lord. Thank you for this video. 😊

    Im not exactly the most active person, which is odd to hear from a hs freshman. So i wanted to start doing tennis this year, and the day after attending the conditioning my thighs felt horrible, like they were about to fall off. I didnt do 2 because i didnt have the equipment at the time, but after i was done i felt a MAJOR improvement. Im thankful for this so i can go to the conditioning tomorrow and wont have to skip it from pain haha thank you so much
