I believe an area of our body that can be quite neglected in yoga is the inner thigh! Here are my favorite top 5 yoga poses to increase flexibility through the inner thighs and release tension from the groin area.
The inner upper leg can be difficult to access and over time we have a lot of tension and tightness that can accumulate there. If you do certain sports like horseback riding or cycling that activate the adductors it can be even worse.
The five yoga poses I'll be guiding you through are:
- child's pose
- frog pose
- middle splits
- deer pose
- happy baby

Hi, I’m new to yoga. Is it normal to be unable to do the forms right on your first go? Don’t know how you guys are doing it, I thought I was pretty fit but I keep stumbling through the moves while trying to check the video
You're not alone. I am not fitness expert but I have heard experts say, that fitness doesn't always translate into flexibility. Good news is that flexibility is something you can improve with practice and time :)
It is completely normal to modify the poses one is unable to do. With time you will be able to stretch deeper and get into more and more complex poses.

@@amulyav.r.9459 Well having stuck to it on and off, I'm pleased to say I'm at least not falling over as much! I'll never have the confidence to be a yoga teacher myself but it's been a great supplement to my martial arts training and for recovery from workouts.

A great series of stretches. I think they’re really good for me at the moment and will try to fit them in here and there. And I understand it is just sitting introduction, so if anybody wants longer stretches, you can just hit pause 😊

3 years ago, Someone pressed near the little toe of my foot with his shoe's tip for 40 minutes in a zigzag way , due to which the muscles and nerve of the foot was crushed and a pit has formed, it hurts a lot, it is not getting better even after doing many treatments, please tell its treatment.

You're experienced and thorough I appreciate conciseness. You do a great job. I had subscribed to your monthly classes but my circumstances wouldn't allow me. I appreciate the refund I'm disgusted by people around me that press me financially, mentally and spiritualy. My favourite 10 minute video is the Slow Flow and I particularly like the Rise and Shine one which is 20 minutes from memory - haven't done that one for a while but it is the one I started with. Since February 2022 my one word in intention has been Peace In Ukraine - I know you will forgive me the three words! I speak to you most mornings Kassandra when I'm not working, but try and do every other day when I am working. I love your channel. Thank you so much
Hi Kassandra, can you please upload a longer video with longer holds (Yin Yoga Style) for groin? ( I know there are classes that Target groin in between, but there are no long duration holds solely focused on groin)
