Focus on breathing,its just as important as the exercise itself. These are very good movements! I recommend pilates it helps your whole body,mat pilates. Sending love :))
I really struggled with my legs feeling sore after running. I recently began lifting weights as well which added to my leg soreness. I did this yesterday after my workout and woke up not feeling as sore. I'll continue to do this! Thank you! ♥️

Because of work and walking so much every day, my legs feel so inflexible and stiff, but after this workout I feel immediately better and my legs feel more relaxed and flexible

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

@@Kpop-ENHYPEN girl, you are already at the underweight border. Please be careful, and dont risk your health for trying to be skinnier. You can totally focus on toning your body, to look more in shape though ofc. For toning & shaping your body I recommend Lilly Sabri (5-15 minute workouts) or blogilates (20-40 minute workouts). If done regularly, they might not lower your weight, but definitely shape your body in a healthy way, you might look skinnier and more fit even at a higher weight, since muscles are a lot heavier than fat. Also dont forget, all (healthy) bodies are beautiful, yours too!! Love from a fitness and sports lover, feel free to ask me if you have questions about literally anything, Im a teen too (17 yrs old), so I have already gone through that body changing, and hormones, and insecurities everywhere stuff haha. :))

HEY @polonaslibar8625, I understand you coz when i was around 11yrs i was also not so happy with myself. Now today when i look at past i regret soo bad by just being insecure and not putting much effort. i love that you are putting some efforts. However after some yrs you will look back and feel so stupid for being insecure coz you still got ability to change yourself. However, i say continue these workouts, not only weight but also for other stuffs like academics and all coz YOU HAAVE TO BE ALL ROUNDER. Btw this was my advice i would give to my 11yrs old version.

I know that it's your decision to change, but when I was younger, I was insecure about my body a lot, too. eventually, I developed an ed and overexcercising addiction (I'm all good now, tho, and sorry for trauma dump), so when I saw that you were just 11 years old (no hate included), I was worried that you can develop one too. I'm writing this comment to remind you that your body is perfect and that you deserve to be loved no matter what your body looks like. and if someone makes you feel like you are not worthy because of your body or said smth bad about your appearance, remember, that the problem is not in you, nor your body, but in those people(!!). please keep a healthy mindset over exercising, and I wish you all the best!! :)

I am really inflexible, my legs muscles hurt just laying them flat and even doing the second stretch was very tight for my muscles I will do this everyday and see if I feel a difference

I work in a grocery store doing online orders, so my legs are always very sore because I have to walk and carry heavy things constantly. I was struggling to find a good routine to stretch them out (I was loosing a lot of flexibility because of how tight and sore my legs were) but this routine seems to have helped a lot! Thank you!!!

This is not a exercise, this is a strech after an exercise, i reccomend that you do 1-2 exercises then this strech

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

Age: 13 y/o
Goal weight: 47 kg/ 103 lbs
Day 1: I remember back in 2020s I used to do her exercises and was able to do them with ease but now my whole body is stiff T.T I felt like my bones could break any time :'")

@@Kpop-ENHYPEN girl, you are already at the underweight border. Please be careful, and dont risk your health for trying to be skinnier. You can totally focus on toning your body, to look more in shape though ofc. For toning & shaping your body I recommend Lilly Sabri (5-15 minute workouts) or blogilates (20-40 minute workouts). If done regularly, they might not lower your weight, but definitely shape your body in a healthy way, you might look skinnier and more fit even at a higher weight, since muscles are a lot heavier than fat. Also dont forget, all (healthy) bodies are beautiful, yours too!!

HEY @polonaslibar8625, I understand you coz when i was around 11yrs i was also not so happy with myself. Now today when i look at past i regret soo bad by just being insecure and not putting much effort. i love that you are putting some efforts. However after some yrs you will look back and feel so stupid for being insecure coz you still got ability to change yourself. However, i say continue these workouts, not only weight but also for other stuffs like academics and all coz YOU HAAVE TO BE ALL ROUNDER. Btw this was my advice i would give to my 11yrs old version.

I know that it's your decision to change, but when I was younger, I was insecure about my body a lot, too. eventually, I developed an ed and overexcercising addiction (I'm all good now, tho, and sorry for trauma dump), so when I saw that you were just 11 years old (no hate included), I was worried that you can develop one too. I'm writing this comment to remind you that your body is perfect and that you deserve to be loved no matter what your body looks like. and if someone makes you feel like you are not worthy because of your body or said smth bad about your appearance, remember, that the problem is not in you, nor your body, but in those people(!!). please keep a healthy mindset over exercising, and I wish you all the best!! :)

my legs were so sore after practicing some kpop dancing and this stretching helped me so much they feel alot better now
I knew the excercises but it is so much more fun doing it with a video and it also helps with planning what you want to do. An excellent work it surely does help a lot of people :)

I work in a grocery store doing online orders, so my legs are always very sore because I have to walk and carry heavy things constantly. I was struggling to find a good routine to stretch them out (I was loosing a lot of flexibility because of how tight and sore my legs were) but this routine seems to have helped a lot! Thank you!!!
