I plan to do this for 1 week Day 1::✔️ Day 2::✔️ Day 3::❌ actually there was a home party and I ate a lot so it did 1 hour HIT workout instead of this Day 4::✔️ Day 5::✔️I decided to do it with water fasting let me see if I can do it Day 6::✔️It's evening and like I didn't go on water fasting cuz I drank a medium glass milk because I didn't told my mom and family about water fasting because if I'll tell them they'll not let it happen .Bot still I'd go on fasting Day 7::✔️ I'm gonna change my routine and try to do some more workout so firstly I'm gonna tell it's very nice workout
