    My left side adductor is so tight, I can barely get my legs half way open when I lay down. I haven’t tried this yet, but I will edit once I’ve done it for a couple weeks.

    I've been doing a few of your short practice's mainly for hips and glutes and adding on anything for this area. I saw a physio for the first time last week. I have hip pincer impingement. I showed her the exercises I've been doing with you. she was amazed and told me I'd been doing the right exercises and that she couldn't show me any more than the ones I've already been doing with you. I'm so pleased I came across your yoga 🙏

    This video came up after I completed your wonderful 10 minute meditation for pain. This one is wonderful too as I am very tight in the thighs.
    Please may I make a request for perhaps a series of three or so short videos for my age group of almost 73? An 'extra slow' gentle series for older folks, perhaps starting with a 10 minute 'extra slow' morning warm up gentle stretching video. My body is so stiff and painful first thing in the morning.

      @@YogawithJoelle Yes when feeling very stiff and in much pain first thing in the morning I need a slower transition between poses because it is too painful to move quickly. Something to slowly bring the body alive and gently wake it up would be wonderful. I am almost 73, have fibro pain, ME/CFS and osteoarthritis, but am doing my best not to give up) Thank you Joelle x

    I followed your yoga for "adductors and groin video" with this one and the two together greatly helped the pain in my groin and hip. This pain coincides with sciatic pain i have The two came together out of the blue! Thank you for providing videos to help with specific areas.

    Joelle, I found you by accident when I started having severe left hip pain. Could hardly bear weight on my leg. I e been doing your supine for hip bursitis, your 5 min morning wake up, and now started the adductor video because of groin pain. I am much improved but not healed yet. But you are giving me hope. I am 69 years old. Thank you!

    I did this video this morning and oh my gosh...it made such a difference! I love your yoga videos. I do a video every morning! Do you have a video on shoulder and chest tension? My left shoulder and chest/collarbone area get really tight since I'm left-handed and do a lot of typing and writing. Thank you!

    thank you so much for this video Joelle, finding stretches to do for adductor pain has been surprisingly not as easy as i thought. I am an equestrian and couldn't ride for a month or two, and after starting back up the sore muscles have been back with a vengeance, as if to remind me to not quit for such a long period of time again lol, so this has been super helpful to relax them afterward. you also just have such a lovely and calming presence, it really feels very conducive to healing, thank you so much!!

    Omg this was amazing !!! Ty to whoever asked her to do it !!! My inner left hip, groin, adducter, w.e ... Has been in so kuch pain, childpose was impossible to get into, atlst now I can do that !!! I need adducter hip thigh stuff ... Thats my weak point and i deff feel/notice it when I try my inversions ... Whenever I get bad pains its joelle to the rescue !!! Youve always got what I need !!! U shoyld do a 30 day targeting like start at the top n work way down or something ...

Just my weird muscle cramps n twitches in my left lower leg. Keeps forcing my foot to point n painful charlie horse ... Been almost every day n night this week ... One thing at a time, one day at a time !!!

    Hello Joelle! Am 72 yrs old..can do most of the asanas with complete ease. This is the 3rd time I am on ur Yoga regime. They r all too good, ur instructions r v.     Do you have any videos for hip abductors as well? I have a lot of tension, tightness, and pain on the outer hip area when I try to lift leg up to abduct (?)…don’t seem to have much range of motion, if that’s the correct terminology. Would love a yoga sequence targeting that area! Thanks and keep up the great work and awesome videos!

    Hey Joelle! I've been mixing and matching your hip pain videos for about 3 weeks and have noticed a lot of improvement with my pain. I injured my right inner hip mysteriously and it has been quite the nuisance! I'm wondering if you could do a specific video about aBductors. My pain comes from rotating the hips out so a whole video on this would be awesome! Thanks for what you do!

    Hey Joelle thanks for this sequence 🙏🏻could I please request a combo sequence for inner hip bursitis also as I have pain on both outer and inner 😫my doctor has said no walking climbing gym or running for at least six weeks but yoga is ok 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Here's one for the quadriceps to get you started: ruclips.net/video/dpsB_WtHlV0/видео.html If you're looking specifically to build muscle, you'll probably need to add some resistance (weights or elastic bands), as yoga alone isn't designed to do so.

I have been doing yoga for many years, but now have to slow down because of the hip pain. I feel like I have started to have flab on thighs because I changed the routine. Any more advice is welcome!

    Thank you so much for these helpful techniques that I know will assist in my yoga, I've just begun with Sanhguru and was becoming discouraged because I felt to old or big, I'm 6'0 weighting 219! I so want to be able to do yoga for my health, body better and have with my meditation! I have problems in my trochanter area causing pain when I try to sit cross leg to do my Isha Kyra, it's uncomfortable distracting me from the meditation, can you help me?     Hello Joelle! Yesterday I did ur standing ones n today ur supine one for Bursitis..n also for the knees( have knee Arthritis)

    I had a hip replacement in Jan 2022 and there is still pain around and in the entire groin area. The later part of this, though it hurt some, got a little better, so will see...
