Most welcome :) You have so many other videos to explore and do.. Never do the same exercise everyday. You have to engage in diff spectrum of other styles of workout to break plateau and beat the boredom too:) Hope this helps 🥰
The third one in the video...straightning of the knee...am not able to do fully straighten even after keeping the hands at the back for support...it pains in yhe back...is that fine or shd i not do that exercise....fyi ..i have sciatica in left leg and went for ayurvedic and varma treatments which brought it down by 70/80%...now i walk for 5 kms a day and do exercises....will there be a permanent cure for this or we shd continue exercises etx to live with this
